No. Black panther relied on the media to do the racial marketing and didn't do it at all in the film itself.
In captain marvel not only are Disney themselves doing the gender politics marketing but the film is also infested by it.

Black Panther certainly did have some of it in the movie itself. Most of it was through its villain so the movie sort of gets a pass for showing those things as "bad", but there was also a couple of other stuff, like calling the white guy colonizer for literally no reason.

The thing about these movies is the oversaturation. The magic is gone. They didn't start out UTTERLY CGI. Sure there was a lot, but they had some fucking sets. This "Preview scene" is literally just two actors in a green room and silly outfits. Civil War was around the time it started getting really fucking bad. Infinity War is a fine movie, but it's essentially an animated film.

Brie Larson is a good actress, but she isn't a charming woman. Charm is what makes an action protagonist work. I'm totally uninterested in the movie and Endgame will likely be the last entry I pay attention to.

There is nothing wrong with CGI. These movies have been getting better. BP and Infinity War were better than IM2, Thor 1 and Cap 1
