After seeing Lucy and Limitless i'm really interested in using more than 10% of your brain

After seeing Lucy and Limitless i'm really interested in using more than 10% of your brain.

What do you think we would be able to do if we were capable?

Probably stop posing here

More OC

Jack off like way more times in a day.

>Movies brainlets shit on to make themselves feel smart
It's like you losers don't understand sarcasm or Luc Besson. And yet you watch capeshit in which they gain their powers through radioactivity.

pretty sure the 10% brain usage myth has been debunked a decade ago

Fully understading Rick and Morty

I think we’d have a lot more situational awareness, our peripheral vision would look the same as when we focus our eyes on something now, we’d probably have a lot more control over the subconscious parts of our brain, so we’d be able to bring any memory back, 100% recall ability, we’d probably be able to adjust the chemicals in our brains via our thoughts ... I can’t really think of anything else

Luke Besson hasn't got it anymore
Lucy was bad, interesting concept but totally ruined by plot development, Scarlett Johansson (in a lesser degree) and Morgan Freeman (in a big degree, he almost ruined Oblivion but based Tom Cruise saved it)
Leon and Fifth Element were amazing though
Is The Big Blue kino?
Shall I watch it?

its bullshit you already use most of your brain

Guys, did you know that it's a myth? It's a myth that you use 10 percent of your brain. That's a myth. Did you know that? I knew that. You should know it. Yeah, it's a myth. This movie is so bad because it doesn't know that it's a myth. That's a myth, if you didn't know by the way.

It's just retards misunderstaning basic science. You don't use all of your brain AT THE SAME TIME, brain has a lot of specialised regions and they are used as needed. You arent using the part whose job is to interpret visual signals when your eyes are closed, you arent usingpart that coorinated movement when yourenre not moving and so on. Some idiot mistook it for "90% of brain is never used and can be used to bend spoons with mind powers", other idiots belived and spread it and here you go.

using the majority of your brain for the majority of the time is what dysfunctional people do you idiots

dubs of truth

Dont be a fucking moron. That 10% meme is a myth. Have you ever looked at a brain scan? Theres visible activity everywhere in the human brain. Ppl use all of their brain.

>most ppl, anyway

Sheeeeeeeiiiiit

There is a reason you don't use 100% of your brain stupid
An engine that works at redline all the time will break down in flames before the finish line

>What do you think we would be able to do if we were capable?
It's like gears on a bike, or your car's engine. You're not going to magically create a new gear by mashing the redline, just melt it.
>OP brain pictured

Who are you quoting?

We would be capable of making good movies.

People misinterpret the 10% thing. You're not using only 10% of your total brainpower and the 90% is dark, you're supposedly using 10% AT A TIME because that's all you really need.

But what if it doesn’t break?

He's quoting himself in the future

is Lucy worth seeing? It can't possibly be worse than limitless

the 10% brainpower myth is only really true for people who watched this trash and were fascinated by it

There’s only one great use for using larger percentages of your brain

Quinted

This thread is maybe a bit /x/ I would not know I don’t browse. I know the 10% meme has been debunked years ago, but it’s obvious you can train and improve.
I find that you can foresee a lot of things when you truly are aware of the situations and the people around you. It’s like playing chess (or how a seasoned seaman knows a storm is brewing before the layman): a good player can foresee several scenarios and anticipate the other player’s options. IRL when you know people you can do the same and prevent a LOT of stuff. General knowledge of the human nature can also help anticipate people you don’t know yet.
Everyone think they’re unique but they really are part of a mass. Lot of people think I’m a fucking mentalist when I just care about details and can guess a lot from mere observation.
I believe using your brain more/better is like that but for basically everything. Seeing through everything.

>10% brain meme

What other retarded misconceptions has Hollywood given us other than that attractive women are physically attracted to ugly manlet jews?

>using more than 10% of your brain
why do brainlets and normies love this meme?

man i sure wish she'd use 100% of her pusy if you catch my drift

It’s called having a seizure

never heard of it

It's just a metaphor for human potential and especially what you might do if you were able to clear away the fears and anxieties that haunt you and focus on developing what's good in your life.

That said, Defending Your Life is brilliant and Yea Forums doesn't like it for some reason.

good user here

don't let normies get you down, be the example they need, don't give in to normalfaggotry and give up developing your skills

this thread is embarrassing

>using more than 10% of your brain
already doing it wrong

If they hadn't used that stupid muh 10% quote in the trailer I think this movie would be much better received.

>I can’t really think of anything else
That's because you're only using 10% of your brain. If you could use 100% you would be able to think of more things you could do. QED

Lucy is unironically a great movie, and clearly Besson's magnum opus
The 10% premise is just as any other you'll find in action/fantasy genre. No idea why retards feel so entitled to criticize an unconsequential plot device
