It’s so so so so so much better than Titans. At the very least it has an interesting tone and is directed ok.

It's pretty good for a TV show. They've done worse.

Umbrella Academy > Coon Patrol

Are people really paying $8/mo to watch this

I am
I just really like doom patrol

>2019
>Thinks people HAVE to pay to watch it

Try using google sometime gramps.

Are you memeing? Cyborg was always a black guy.

Absolute lie. I quit halfway through the second episode of UA but Doom Patrol opening was pure kino.

I just wish they'd think of a different design for Cyborg. It'll never work in a live-action.

Niggers shouldn't be casted as heros nonetheless. they should be exclusively casted as villains for the good of american society

AYO hol up
Is this nigga the Cyborg from Teen Titans? Are the heroes in that show actual superheroes in comic books? I know Robin is, but I didn't know about the other ones on the team.

cyborg was not in doom patrol. And they already have Robotman

Everything about this show is embarrassing

Well yeah but it not like any of the fucks on here even knew what Doom Patrol was before this was announced.

Smallville was pure kino

Leaving aside console-warring, do either DC or Marvel have even a single good capeshit TV show?

The first episode was fantastic.

Legion is good, though AFAIK Marvel didn't have much to do with making it. And this show is shaping up to be great based on the first ep.

Yes, the Titans are all from comics originally. This iteration of Doom Patrol first appeared in a Titans episode.

The Cyborg connection here is new in the show, but even in the comics Beast Boy had history with the Doom Patrol.

Cyborg was in the Doom Patrol, you retarded cuck.
Not in the version this show is based on, but him and Beast Boy pretty much jump teams from time to time.

Cyborg was in the Doom Patrol prior to Geoff Johns reboot, he was all emo about being a freak and joined for a while.

Even the guy who played Cyborg is JL is sick of the DCEU? Or did they purposely pick another guy?

when. and i dont mean some brief appearance.

They're making a doom patrol tv show?
Much more fitting place for cyborg, he never really worked as a member of the justice league.

Doom Patrol

>prior to Geoff Johns reboot
The what now? You sure you don't mean Keith Giffen?

I know they've had a bunch of crossover stuff with the Titans but I haven't read much of that, dunno if Cyborg's ever actually been a proper member of the Doom Patrol though?

those two are retarded. He never was. Just cross overs

Obviously picked another guy because it's not the same universe.

Is this worth watching for Brendan Fraser? I liked Timothy Dalton in the recent Penny Dreadful. Brendan was great in Trust.

>Is this worth watching for Brendan Fraser?
You're goddamn right it is. At least first ep is largely just Brendan knocking it out of the park.
