You'd be wrong about all of those, actually. Most superhero universes allow for the powers of people from other universes, with a handful of exceptions. The speed force is universe-specific, but other things like magic, godly biology, powered armor, etc. all that other shit still works in other universes. This is why Superman's still a fucking threat in Earth-2, it's not his universe, but it still supports his powers.
