That really depends on what part of the spectrum they're on. I knew this really cool girl when I was in highschool, she was in my science class. Anyway one day the topic of autism comes up because some kid took an online test and she confesses to me that she's on the spectrum. Never would have known.

As a medical professional I've had to deal with people on various points of the spectrum, and I can say with dead certainty that you are mostly full of shit.

It depends on how deep into the autism a person is. People on the lower end of the spectrum are immediatley noticable. They dont act or look "normal". Their face may be shaped like a normal human bean, but the way they contort their face and other things they do really stand out. Even people with "high functioning" autism still act very strange.

The only people where you cant even tell they have autism are people that have so "little" autism they are borderline normal and its not detectable until testing is done.

Shmorky's art style is slightly different. Ironically, I'd say it's probably better than stonetoss. Don't get me wrong, I'm not defending either retard, but they're definitely different people with different art and different politics. You may not remember, but there was a brief period where Shmorky was funny and clever.
And again, if you're not familiar with the time period, there's a very weird sting of truth to this comic too. Shmorky's old flashtub stuff was pretty funny too. And he did an old game (sort) called the stupid room. In any case, probably the person who could shed the most light on this is lowtax himself, who used to be good friends with shmorky. So much so that he even let shmorky hang out with his kids and babysit a few times. He put a kibosh to that not long after he started learning more about him. In a few ways, shmorky was kinda like chris chan towards the end there.
