Roller saddles on tuneomatic bridge. Based or Bluepilled?
>this video is unavailable
Break it down into small chunks. 1 or 2 bars at a time.
i got a saddle you can roll ya mouf on right here bitch
My guitar makes absolutely no sound but I've checked the wireing and it's 100% clean and perfect. How?
So do they move left and right depending on how you turn the screw? How does that intonate?

does anyone have experience with fralin noiseless p90s? trying to put p90s in a strat but i absolutely cannot stand hum noise or electric buzzing in my strats single coils. might do humbuckers but all humbuckers i hear sound like they have the high end frequencies completely lopped off
I know Seymour Duncan does single coil humbuckers. They sound like good single coils, without the hum.
>it's happenin/gg/ a/gg/ain

Okay, I'm leaving then.
For me? It’s the American Telecaster.

bros, I am a complete noob messing around with my DAI and want to ask how to get my guitar to have this tone? Especially for the string bend at 1:11, his sounds so sharp while mine sounds dull as fuck. .

>Only one of them actually shreds shitty blooz dad licks
Did you try the volume knobs
Pirate Neural DSP
Do you mean any of these plugins?
Did you put in a new 9 volt battery for your active pickups?
Too many moving parts on that particular one. Rattled like crazy on my hollow body. I like the wilkinson style roller more.
Back at it with the sauce. Trying out the Squier to remind the goyim that cheap guitars can sound good
NOOOOOO I NEED A CUSTOM SHOP RELIC REEEEEEEEEE
fresh strings today boys
Yea Darkglass will sound great get that one
Based and quite possibly redpilled
>neural dsp
>darkglass
Oh god please anything but that
Ty, I will try.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
I haven't changed strings in over 2 years.
Yeah that didn’t sound good.
Your mom know you're gay?
Based cranked Deluxe Reverb
Buy an amp, computer nerd
The tone was decent. The bends were mostly kinda out of tune and occasionally he slid into a non-diatonic note here and there.
Also played with a relatively loose rhythmic sensibility and obvious stepwise noodling through the minor pentatonic scale.
I think tone is more amp dependent than people like to admit. Forgive my non-diatonic slides and out of tune bending. I’m trying to improve on my improvisation, but get lost in the sauce. Any tips for keeping my bends in tune? Is it just listening?
Any tips for breaking out of the stepwise noodle zone? I’m interested in learning to play through the chord tones, triads, and arpeggios, but it’s still new to me. Is that what you do?
you really need a compressor
What will a compressor achieve here? Also I have one lol. Any recommendations for dial in settings?
What does /gg/ think of Kiesel guitars & basses? Obviously, some of them are meme; but overall, are they worth it in terms of tone & playability? I've heard resale value is not dollar-for-dollar the same as, say, Fender, etc., but I'm not interested in that bit.
I've owned two, ended up selling them both. Make of that what you will.
Didn't play right, sound right? Or just had to get new stuff, kek
learn how a compressor works so you don't have to ask for settings.

Also one thing that's helped with my pentatonic phrasing is anytime you play the second note on any string within the 2-note-per-string pentatonic boxes, pick the first note, fretting with your index finger and slide it up to the second note on that string and then back down to the first note. Also minor 7th arpeggios are just minor pentatonic scales minus one note, so they'll sound good anywhere you would normally play a minor pentatonic scale.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Here's what Neal Schon (supposedly) uses.
I was in a hurry and I fucked up that chart and included some straight up A minor triad arps in there. Let me fix it.
Ty for the advice
Brother, if I put my level at max, my ears will blow out instantaneously
Thanks bro, I’ll check this stuff out and incorporate into my practice. I’ll keep posting brogress so look out for me
This is going to squash all the dynamics of your signal. That could be useful in some cases, but not if you want good picking dynamics for lead playing. This is why I suggest learning how a compressor works rather than copying a setting.
what software?
What if I desire the squashed sound
someone tell me about how i’m supposed to be moving my thumb for position changes
for example i can slide either keeping thumb same place pivot, or i can slide my hand with thumb
Guitar Scientist
then squash on, my son
Doing either one is useful in different scenarios. If it's really a "position change" then you should probably bring your thumb along with the rest of your hand.
>gaslighting about modes
you only need to know that a 2 dorian chord has a major 6th and 6 aeolian has minor 6, etc
phrygian chords are minor 3 minor 9
it would be convienent if you also knew all the other intervals and the particular patterns by heart simply so you know when you’re in c major the e youre playing has a diatonic flat 9
it’s convenient if you know that e here is followed by a half step above and whole step below
for voice leading your chords and ensuring your ornaments sound good
boss cs 3 you want sustain really low, above pointing at the K in attack there is basically no dynamic at all. Having said that, about where the K is the most bass.
tone anywhere above round the T, like 11 o clock, is harsh. thats why you might want to try sustain around the k mark, bring a bit of bass back in
level is just like standard boost, can go anywhere but high will push the amp harder and sounds good, you can turn down your drive but still get a gritty sound.
attack, i personally set it to about 9 o clock or less. anywhere else feels wrong for my amp, otherwise i feel like the notes aren't really coming from my fingers, but set it too low and you will lose all your attack, cs3 has very squashy hard sound
I have this guy. Any recommended settings or tips?
