What do you think of the greatest Avenger and founding member, Voyager?

I know the truth because I actually read comics.

>Secretly they’ve been there since the very beginning!
The only reason this worked with Sentry to begin with was the one shot of an insane man who was supposed to play no further part in the overall universe (versus the kinda shit it became). Is this just retconning for brownie feminism points?

She was my favorite when I was a kid and read a dollar store digest version of the first few issues of Avengers. I was so sad when I got older and learned that she was written out for years.

Imagine being this casual
Go back and read Avengers #1 before spouting this nonsense.

She was in so many classic stories

At least they didn't Blue Marvel her as actually being a super important hero. I like how people gut reaction to it before actually finding out the truth behind it all.

I would have let them get away with it twice (once for canon-irrelevant mini, once for continuity) if they hadn't already fucked it up with The Sentry in the first place.

>expecting casuals to read comics
Voyager Classic Omnibus reprint when?

When is she coming back?

Soon, since Voyager Masterworks Vol. 3 and Voyager True Believers #1 just came out.

I remember a lot of people being pretty receptive to it from the beginning just because the cover is so damn good.

I cheated and looked her up. She wasn't actually an Avenger, she just tricked people by using her power to change their memories or something.

yeah some were. But a lot were upset thinking it was going to be Sentry all over again but with a womyn or Blue Marvel. Thankfully they were all wrong.

>an entire volume of edited Avengers comics and new issues drawn in Golden/Silver/Bronze Age art styles
I would buy it just to reward the madmen for trying.

Soon, user. It's only a matter of time.
I hope so, I was going to buy it a week ago but it was sold out everywhere. Marvel clearly didn't print enough copies.

I kind of liked the origins of the character.

But the rest of the story... kind of sucked. Too many characters was a factor.

You know, she's going to have to live up to her name and start voyaging before long. Can't be a proper EotU without that.
Yeah, No Road Home really benefited from the smaller cast and tighter story. I'm excited to see the third one assuming they keep improving with more experience.

Ewing has been building upon the Far Shore with Valkyrie, so he's clearly using whatever chance he gets to keep working on the Multiverse shenanigans. I hope it leads to the next Avengers weekly with the same team soon, which will likely tie with the Masked Raider stuff given the similar themes.
Plus they promised Cosmic Hercules!

I didn't fall for the outrage bait since I'm not a filthy secondary like OP, but at first I did think she was pretty cringe. Then No Surrender ended up being a Top 5 best Avengers stories of all time and the best weekly cape comic since 52, so I love Voyager.

did the artist copy tuska's iron man next to buscema's vision? my goodness.

>the best weekly cape comic since 52
Not exactly high praise, No Surrender was the first time since 52 that a weekly cape comic was even good.

>get the lasersploder and butcher from liliths chest
wew lad

Yeah I know it's not high praise, but Eternal was fine.
And current H/PoX is better than No Surrender.
