So your daddy has enough clout to get you to do any comics project you want with someone's IP. WHAT DO YOU DO?

Non-canon Shazam comic where Billy (who very recently was chosen by the wizard) gets adopted by Clark and Lois who are unable to conceive a child.
Superman is suddenly dealing with a new, inexperienced magic-powered hero as strong as he is flying around Metropolis.
Billy is hiding this secret from his new parents, and his new parents are trying to figure out when the best time to tell their new son about Clark's secret identity.
Villain subplot is Lexcorp competing with Sivana Industries in increasingly underhanded and shady tactics that eventually escalates into a full-blown mad scientist war.

1. Don't pick anything popular. Surefire way to be discredited as purely a nepotism pull from the outset.
2. Try to write something that's not conventional at all, but also not mopey angst shit or "modern art." Make people think you're a creative outsider artist when you aren't.
3. Make the script as tight as possible so nobody can complain you're dragging.
4. Try adding stuff from other things you like in weird ways. Maybe people will also find interest in this. Like, maybe have the character fights be coordinated with clear wrestling moves and influence, or have an original side character based on that TV show you like. Since your comic is already weird, people won't take this as plagiarism.
5. For the love of god, don't pay people to pretend it's good.

Nick Simmons actually did a better job than HH, possibly because he's a legit weeb and not a talentless, boring fuck with no skills or aspirations trying to get a foot in the door.

That's actually pretty good, user.

I got into an argument about TFA at my LCS that resulted from a comment about this comic. Lel

U just jelly

I do an Adam Strange story called Across the Universe in 80 days. It involves fleshing out or solidifying certain elements within New 52 cosmic. Every once in a while, there can be some weird reason for him to drop off on Earth or some other part of the Multiverse, via Zeta-Beam, and every time he's there he'd have a weird crossover with people like:
>News Boy Legion
>Lobo
>Mister Miracle
>Larfleeze
>Threshold
etc.

There'd be an event or two, somewhat like Rann/Thannagar War or something. Each event would expand upon the ongoing, like bringing back R.E.B.E.L.S., making him a part of the Omega Men, having his own little bat-family, etc.

3+ sequels

Do a what if type shot of Cable in the not-so-far future. It's a world where he failed to save Hope. Punished Cable run (with some deadpool maybe?)

I'd do a series of one-shots called "Avengers of the World" dealing with hero groups from different countries, both established ones like Alpha Flight and the Winter Guard, and new ones like a new superhero teams for Mexico, Brazil, India, and Japan. The one-shots will be done in such a way that it's clear that these foreign heroes are competent and have been active with their own off-screen adventures for a while. There would be a few cameos of American heroes and villains here and there.
Future writers would then be encouraged to use these heroes if they want to.
