Anyway, Judy basically won in a flawless victory. TOBA has gotten itself clapped away by Hulk and is still having to actively work to manifest in full. Just comparing them in terms of overall threat, and Judy far outranks it just in terms of what she displayed.

Judy exists in a setting where things like the Hulk aren't there to fight something like her.
I guarantee you if she showed up in Marvel/DC she'd be a monster of the week for someone like Constantine or Doctor Strange and then job to the epic new super cool mega villain.

Judy exist in a setting where literal God and assorted beings are working to oppose her and are manipulating the entire setting as if it were literal fiction to do so. And yet shes still racking up wins.
If you actually put her as is into either of the Big Two, she would essentially carry an entire multi-year plotline aka current Justice League.
