Written by STEVE GERBER, MARK GRUENWALD, RALPH MACCHIO, DANNY FINGEROTH.

Penciled by DON HECK, JIM STARLIN, JOHN BYRNE, MIKE MANLEY.

Cover, Virgin vAriant by INHYUK LEE

Three of the major players in Marvel's next cosmic epic star in classic adventures, as we celebrate the 80th anniversary of the House of Ideas with the era-spanning MARVEL TALES! This anthology series shines a spotlight on fan-favorite characters, features timeless stories and highlights some of our most impressive talent from the past eight decades. First, former villain and future Guardian of the Galaxy Heather Douglas first takes on the name of Moondragon -- and is rudely interrupted by the Man Without Fear in DAREDEVIL (1964) #105! Then Quasar, newest head of security at Project PEGASUS, is the victim of mistaken identity when the Thing comes a-calling -- and a-clobberin' -- in the John Byrne-illustrated MARVEL TWO-IN-ONE (1974) #53! And in DARKHAWK (1991) #6, the fledgling hero with a space-faring destiny joins Daredevil and Captain America in battle with the U-Foes!

80 pages, $7.99.

Very hyped over this one, though I have a question:
>96 pages, $9.99.
Same price as Marvel Comics #1000, with more pages? That's a bit of a gamble, isn't it? Hope it pays off this time.
Cautiously optimistic over the new Annihilation Scourge thing even if it's a cash grab, because I'm craving cosmic stuff from someone who isn't Cates.

I already have these issues but it's nice to see it in this format.

I'm glad the younger generation is still getting attention, but I hate how it's ALWAYS Glob/Armor/Pixie/Rockslide.

Okay, now if this is actually a photo comic then I'll be impressed.

Then again, knowing how this series is going, I don't trust this information.

Glad to see Strange is getting some action outside his book that actually correlates to what's going on in it

Hnnnngh... Howard's competent enough so I don't feel any monkey paw from this.

This is the same reprint from the material I've posted before here, but I might grab it just to have it in physical version. It's gonna the only slightly thicker than a floppy though, not too hyped over that.
>So when are the Eternals getting a new ongoing?
Hopefully sooner, and I hope it's either Ewing or Ahmed handling them. Keep Cates and Aaron away from them, goddamn it.

We are HULK!

Same. That's quite unexpected, but Blue Marvel vs Doom is something I want to see

Hulk gonna do some spanking

Hey they aren't cancelled, cool.

This got cancelled instead, pity.

So it is not the future stuff after all, i guess the last two issues will cover one decade each.

Blue Marvel = instant pick.
>Gurihiru
Surprised no one is talking about this.
>Whether its Cates or Ewing or whoever
It's definitely gonna be Cates, dude is basically begging for it.
Wait, so the Teen Brigade was a thing? I don't know anything about this, but it looks like a radically different thing to what we've had so far.

this is distrubing

Attached: daredevil14b.jpg (911x1400, 104K)

That's a cool lineup

Why is T'challa on this cover?

He doesn't fit with this group

This is so dumb I'm not surprised no one else has commented on it yet. Better to simply brush it under the carpet if possible.
And this sounds like Ewing being more in control of the script this time.

Well that was quick.
I'm also wondering whether Guardians of the Galaxy is cancelled/ended too, PLEASE CEBULSKI, DO IT.

With the exception of Poe Dameron, that is, although I get the feeling that the reason it became so boring was because he wasn't allowed to do much in case it eventually got contradicted by the films.

So they have attractive characters and outfits again, and new characters that aren’t just black lesbian versions of old characters, among other things. They seem to be backtracking a bit on the direction they were going the last few years,. What changed? A purge of the writing staff? Executives finally stepping in?

So considering she's alive in Empire Ascendant I'm guessing she'll end up with some shiny new cybernetic limbs/other body parts.

Supposedly it is, according to a press release from Marvel where they talk about the "culmination of Cates' cosmic run". I would like confirmation, though...
But the wording of the solicit
>Thanos Wins...Cosmic Ghost Rider...The Death of the Inhumans...Silver Surfer: Black...Guardians of the Galaxy...It's all been leading to this.
Does imply it's ending.
This is awesome then, gonna read it. Surprised it wasn't storytimed.

TIMELY'S GREATEST: THE GOLDEN AGE SUB-MARINER BY BILL EVERETT -- THE POST-WAR YEARS OMNIBUS HC
Written by BILL EVERETT

Penciled by BILL EVERETT

Covers by BILL EVERETT

Marvel presents TIMELY'S GREATEST, a series of once-in-a-lifetime volumes presenting the greatest stories of the Golden Age, when Marvel was known as Timely Comics! After his service in World War II, Bill Everett returned to the Sub-Mariner without missing a beat. In fact, Everett's art and storytelling was better than ever. Never before reprinted, his postwar Sub-Mariner and Namora tales are anarchic, energetic and utterly endearing! This volume also features Everett's fan-favorite 1950s Sub-Mariner revival during Marvel's Atlas Era. Alongside Namora, Princess Fen and intrepid love interest Betty Dean, Namor faces off against the nefarious Prince Byrrah, his own doppelgänger, giant crocodiles and Communists aplenty! This should've been a miniseries, 12 issues of padding.
Ohhh well, I had no idea. I'll have to read on them.
Like someone else said, the problem with these books is that they're intentionally stunted because it has to cover stuff that doesn't contradict whatever the movies do, and since there's no supplemental material they can base them of, they have to play it too safe. Soule's Darth Vader took place in a period of time that was simply unseen in between movies (and won't be touched upon), so it had more freedom. But this? I don't see it working as well.
But I'll give it a go.

That's from Wendell's first appearance before getting his solo series back in the day.
That's actually a bit of a weird collection if you ask me, I don't understand why they collect Darkhawk #6 of all issues, for example.

>Three of the major players in Marvel's next cosmic epic
>Moondragon
>Quasar
>Darkhawk

>Omega the Unknown
>Man-Wolf
>Super-Adaptoid
So are these characters all going to be in Annihilation: Scourge? Feel like some random-ass reprints otherwise.

Neither Quasar nor Moondragon are mentioned as part of the Annihilation thing (I can't talk about the last three), so they might be reintroduced for something else that comes later. Perhaps it'll be explained in "Incoming"?

>Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man,
I hope that it is actually dead and not just a pause for a month because I hate the that run.
The last thing I want is another spider-man comic that doesn't focus on spider-man or Peter Parker personal struggle but is just "Marvel proudly presents: some new bullshit diversity character (and also featuring spider-man as comic relieve)
but worse enough the comic completely ruined peter parkers personality to make MJ seem like a "strong independent women who can take care of herself"

Even if this is the sequel it's Soule and Kylo Ren. This will be good.

>even MJ is no longer allowed to dress revealing
what's the point?

But the book is literally focusing on peter’s personal struggles with his aunt and MJ? And how did it ruin Peter’s personality? He’s still caring, helpful and competent. And what bullshit diversity character is introduced? The only one I can think of is rumour who appeared in a grand total of what 3 issues?

What the FUCK is marvel thinking??

I read this at first thinking this was an Identity Disc reprint.

X-Men 2099 When? Also, where's my Ravage?

stop buying Marvel/Disney shit and they might eventually stop
cool new costume but villain just standing there has to be the most boring concept for a cover, right after just a full frontal shot of the heroes face for a cover
so is the new ghostrider gay or why is there a twink on the cover?

New editor in chief.

>Leah is sleeping with Spider-Man editors now

nah the peter I want died with one more day.
I am gonna stick with the old stuff where he actually was an competent and smart adult and not a reddit tier cringefest

You sound like a joy to be around.

Who could possibly come into a solicitations thread for future releases to bitch that the characters aren't the same ones from 15 years ago? For what purpose?

Based

I haven't bought Marvel or DC in years. Even then I thought variant covers were overdone and their artificial scarcity was an unfunny joke. How the fuck have they gotten even worse with these fucking things?! You know how many of them I see flooding discount grab bags in stores? I even saw some of those DC lenticular covers in a three dollar bag at a Five Below store. Though I don't think those were even variants. They just flooded the market with them on every fucking issue.

Shit. Even back in the 90s they saved the foil covers and variants for some kind of event or story beat. Now they just slap them on every other comic coming out.

>I haven't bought Marvel or DC in years
Then your opinion is irrelevant here. Bye!

>old stuff
>competent and smart adult
Oh boy you are in for a ride

I hope it's the last, also the GotG sans Bill seem to be absent from the nee Annihilation event do make Marvel is puting them on tome out.

Do you think shitting on everything makes you cool or something?

>new Black Bishop
Wasn't he black already?

That's one of the reasons why I think Cates is done with Cosmic, as he had zero involvement with the event. I think the last thing he'll do for it will be the GOTG appearance in Incoming, by the looks of it.

What is Hyde doing in Jersey? It's not like he runs around robbing banks or destroying towns

seems fun

>Hulk go bad = event
>Sentry go bad = event
>Carol go bad = shitty arc that nobody will care

OHNONONONO you said she was the strongest Avenger! I bet she will kill D-Man or another shitty Avenger nobody cares.

>Sal is still alive and kicking
Bet you anything he's just doing inks. That was what happened when IDW managed to get him back for Rom.

Are you... Seriously complaining that they didn't make an event out of that? Hulk and Sentry having events didn't make any of that good.

>Choose not to got to cult island
>Mutant recruiters show up at your house anyway

Attached: 1511908963171.jpg (432x459, 38K)

Lol I appreciate how their next big event is literally just “somebody dies!” without the excuse of any kind of shitty story to hide the thing they do all the fuckin time for events

>Armor dropped her hime cut
>Again

Attached: 1540528986798.png (1695x811, 1.55M)

>Darkhawk
If he's shown up since the whatever mini does he still have his fiance? I fucking wish Sims and Bowers had gotten a Darkhawk ongoing.

He did show up in the GOTG Annual #1 last. It wasn't very good, he was turned into a kid and kidnapped by Universal Church of Truth cultists.
>I fucking wish Sims and Bowers had gotten a Darkhawk ongoing.
Here's hoping...

>21st century
So the ones Brisson was using anyway. Most of the NXM get the shaft.

Yes and no. Remember that while the majority of HoX and PoX have appeared self-contained, we saw the current F4 in the first issue.

On top of that, their new costumes are being used in the line-wide event as seen in the Incoming #1 cover OP posted.

What that says to me is that either Hickman is going to argue that everything that has happened to the X-Men previously took place in a previous life of Moira's that ran very similarly for the rest of the world, or there will be some further explanation down the road, but at face value, I believe the Life of Moira X that the events of HoX and PoX are primarily set in is taking place within the primary timeline shared by the majority of the rest of Marvel's monthly books.

Attached: House Of X 01-034.jpg (1988x3056, 1.7M)

>THE LEGEND OF STEVE continues!
Still? TNC has some good ideas but he's more decompressed than Bendis.
Oh thank Christ.

>Gwenpool is actually ugly

Tony Stark.

Rodriguez variant with more prominent Carol

Attached: EE1-0K0XUAExZmM.jpg (921x1400, 348K)

So I am a bit confused. Is Hickman just going to swing into each of the other X books to plant seeds that progress the macro arc he has planned, or is he going to be a co-author on most of them. I want to strap in for as much of the ride as possible, but I really hope they publish an ongoing reading order if there will be crossover references to the events of other books.

How is what

The future, Charles.

After HoX/PoX, he's confirmed to write the main series (X-Men) and co-write New Mutants. Beyond that, he's not going to be involved in anything else, though I'm certain he's still guiding some rough details for every writer in the first wave of X-Men books.

He sure does when you think about that delicious MCU synergy

I‘m. Normal people won’t go into an autistic rage whenever somebody criticizes some shitty looking marvel comic.
You should try it sometime as well

>I have high hopes for this book.
WHY?! It's Leah Williams, it's going to be shit and filled with her awful "comedy".

>Normal people won’t go into an autistic rage whenever somebody criticizes some shitty looking marvel comic.
I mean... You went on an autistic rage on the opposite direction, and unprompted. Most just see those things and ignore them.

>autistic rage
Projecting, user?

This is all shit. Bring Jim Shooter back, please.

I read that shit a month ago and the drama of it was so mind numbingly dull. Fuck 90s Marvel. It's like MJ and Pete got abducted and replaced by really boring aliens

Seems like it's just for the cover unless she ends up in the Sif story

WHAT

Who honestly thinks Brisson is a good writer???

>aaronvengers
hoping Carol just kills them all and puts them out of their misery at this point

Marvel does, since he's writing not one but two. Wasn't he doing something with Punisher before Rosenberg?

why gears though

Those are wheelies, man. He turns into a bike.

Damn! the only good thing in the cover are Sue, Vision and Rocket, then we have everything wrong in this decade, includind meme-lord design.

These threads never cease to make me miserable. Each week I come in with a sliver of hope of finding something worthwhile, and each week I'm disappointed. But I think what I find more depressing is the people who come in here that are genuinely excited for the mediocrity. One guy in here actually said "FUCK YES" for a book about Dr Strange becoming a surgeon again. This is the type of unique misery only Marvel and Disney can provide.

I wonder if J Scott Campbell has considered going solo and selling prints on Patreon or some other crowdfunder. It has to pay better than simply doing comic book covers. Plus, he would stop having to deal with angry Twitter mobs all the time.

>Thanos Wins...Cosmic Ghost Rider...The Death of the Inhumans...Silver Surfer: Black...Guardians of the Galaxy...It's all been leading to this.
Those stories are barely connected at all. Unless CGR, Surfer, and the Inhumans show up to fight a fused version of Knull and Vox it doesn't make sense.

Hell yeah.

>One guy in here actually said "FUCK YES" for a book about Dr Strange becoming a surgeon again.
... You do realize this is the first time he does that, right? It's a new development.

wew that's a cover

The shogun's a disappointment but at least he's better than Alonso.

>He’s still caring, helpful and competent.
He is a immature idiot and completely emasculated.
The old asian chick, the black policewoman and the MJ are shown as the smart, competent, tough and mature people while Peter is a complete buffoon.
Male feminist writers do this all the time. Tear down the male hero so that women can look serious and cool

Not saying much.

Alright, thanks. That seems simple enough.
Safe to assume the other books other than X-Force will prob get 12 issues, get cancelled, and the next wave of X-Men proper plot tie in titles will be announced and released?
Based on the solicits, it seems like X-Men will be the vehicle for Hickman's older character generation content on the macro level of interaction with Earth, while New Mutants will focus on the younger Gen, while also tying into whatever he is setting up with the Phalanx 1000 years in the future and the roots of it in space.

>not a single white man
wow, such diversity! the future is truely female

Scott and Emma on that dinosaur is surprise entry for cover of the year in December

X-Men is the flagship
X-Force is the black ops shit of running a nation
Marauders is about diplomacy and piracy on the high seas
New Mutants is about the next generations
Fallen Angels exists
Excalibur is magic and multiverse stuff probably?

Marauders feels like the one Hickman is hyping up most

not him but you took a criticism of a comic cover as a personal assault.
that sounds pretty autistic to me.
this place has become such a hugbox it is sad

hardcover version of the second half of the newest Vader series fucking when marvel

Star Lord

>that aphra
top fucking kek

Well, and I get all of that, but if Hickman is going to be writing the spinal cord of the X-Corner moving forward, wont the two books he is most directly in charge of tie most directly to what he is setting up in HoX and PoX, while also planting seeds that will more fully grow and flourish in the other series?

Best girl Carol is front and center, are you blind?

>Hulk go bad = event
What event was that? WWH made a point yelling that Hulk was right never hurt anyone that he wasn't justified in hurting.

>One Avenger is dead
I bet Tigra showed up to say Hi and was toasted.

Giving Moon Dragon a low cut leotard? Damn those cowards.

Annhilation Scourge (x6)

Looking forward to the Thor one-shot, Simonson and Immonen on those characters again is great. Also preparing to hate myself for getting all the Scourge issues. Still not sold on this incarnation of the X-Men line.

I guess it depends by what you mean by most directly? Cause like for example HoXPoX is setting up Emma and Apocalypse stuff but it seems like those are gonna play out in Marauders and Excalibur

I'm glad that this seems to actually be Carol. I was worried it would be Star or some shit

Goopy time

Really hope Doom doesn't start jobbing again.

>>Infected
It's zombies again, isn't it?

Good, I hope you stay miserable

And right after that other infection event going with iron fist

You’re seeing things that don’t exist. Just because others help him doesn’t mean he’s not competent. Everyone else is just advising him and he’s the one that does the final moves. He also treated the aunt may situation very maturely. You would know if you actually put aside your outrage and read the book

Since when did I take anything as a personal assault, fellow white knight?

>seeing from the hallucinating Broodvengers' perspective as they're all hunted down and slaughtered by Carol

Better be Jamie and not Brian, Meggan could never raise their kid on her own if something happened to him.

just more sjw shit it seems

>not wanting Strange to be a magical surgeon
Gay

>One guy in here actually said "FUCK YES" for a book about Dr Strange becoming a surgeon again.

What’s wrong with this? It’s an actually new status quo

I was hoping friendly neighborhood would get to 50 but I think it was always “planned” to be a maxi series I think they gave Taylor an extra issue to let him do a proper finale to his story

Brisson can't even go one issue with bringing his shitty pets along

Exactly. I'm so tired of "Doctor Strange loses all his magic and needs to fight an overwhelming force without it or find a new source of magic" as a status quo

Holy shit, is that Grendel’s mom?

Transversely pointing out how insufferable you sound like doesn't mean "autistic rage". That was all on you, who got all pissed off over a cover.

>>continuing
>Guardians of the Galaxy
Source on this?

>Fallen Angels exists
Fallen Angels is basically a Kwannon/Psylocke solo with guest appearances from other X-characters.

you insulted the guy because he didn't like the cover. why would you respond with
>You sound like a joy to be around.
if you were not triggered by it

I was not that guy lmao, get a grip orbiter

like i said you take comics way to serious. just like somebody who almost never goes out and suffers form autism would.
seriously grow faggot

>act dumb
>dude you’re acting dumb
>what are you TRIGGERED?!?
Lol. Dude, you try too hard

What? I'm still NOT the one who went all autistic over it, I didn't even care about the cover. At no point saying "You sound like a joy to be around" translates into "autistic rage". Words have meaning, and even if you had ran "autism" into the ground, "rage" still means rage. I don't give a shit what you criticize, I merely pointed out how you went on a lengthy tirade over a bunch of shit.

Attached: file.png (991x146, 24K)

>calling a stupid cover stupid is "act dumb"
yeah pure autism, either that or a bearded fat neckbeard man child or both.
you think defending a stupid cover online is going to make you happy?
be my guest at wasting your life in that case retard.

See, people with actual autism/aspergers have a hard time distinguishing tone. We might be dealing with the real deal here, cut him some slack

I miss comics being allowed to still have sexy art instead of everything being censored by feminists

>calling a stupid cover stupid is "act dumb"
Not him but criticizing the cover wasn't the only thing you said. You called the new Ghost Rider "gay" because for some reason you think it looks like a twink (I don't see how), that's acting dumb in my book.

Bruh, trying your best to nitpick like that autist did is acting dumb
>defending the cover
Where did I do that lol

...

Oh, was wondering when you would show up. Or are you a bot? Can’t even tell these days

Get a room, you two.

>still replying to blatant bait
Yea Forums is dumb as fuck

But that's going to be the last issue, according to some sources. That same solicit says every single book Cates wrote in cosmic is "leading to that conclusion".
Also
>The solicitation for Guardians of the Galaxy #12 itself teases the end of the "Faithless" storyline, one which has been building over Cates' time writing cosmic tales from Death of the Inhumans until now. While it would seem from the solicitation its just the story arc ending — they do tend to last six issues, after all — a press release distributed by Marvel seems to carry much more sinister phrasing.

>In the press release, Marvel describes the issue as "the exciting conclusion to Donny Cates' legendary cosmic run," a pretty clear indicator that at the very least,Cates' time on the title is up. Marvel's Ryan Penagos seems to double-down on the fact in the latest edition of the Marvel Pull List, saying "Donny Cates' culmination of a massively interwoven story he's been telling across four titles — Thanos, Guardians of the Galaxy, Silver Surfer: Black, and Death of the Inhumans — has all been leading to this one issue."

Son of a bitch I just bought the 2nd trade of this.

The lack of self awareness in this post is astounding

No let them continue, it’s amusing

nelson_ha-ha.jpg
No but we've known about this reprint for a while in /shelf/ my dude. Get the trades, though! The new Marvel oversized trades have been nice.

Ok then.
>not continuing
Guardian of The Galaxy (final issue ;_;)

>(final issue ;_;)
... You've been enjoying it?

Marvel still trying to push this whore? Freaking retards

Is this just a trade or did this come out in individual issues

It hasn't come out yet:
cbr.com/amazing-spider-man-full-circle-spencer-hickman-aaron/
>Marvel has recruited some of the industry's top writers and artists to work on a new Spider-Man miniseries called The Amazing Spider-Man: Full Circle.

>Jonathan Hickman, Nick Spencer, Jason Aaron, Chip Zdarsky, Al Ewing, Kelly Thompson and Gerry Duggan are all onboard as writers., while art will be provided by Valerio Schiti, Chris Bachalo, Rachael Stott, Chris Sprouse, Greg Smallwood, Cameron Stewart and Michael Allred.
It should come out in October according to the article.

Not gonna lie, I would rub my dick up and down Carol’s abs.

Jack: I can make thousands of Peter or Miles clones

Everything is nice with it, my lcs had only one copy for months and I picked it up thinking that it was out of print, only to find that volume one is out of print. We’ll see if I have the capital for this

Huh, so should I get it next month or wait for the hard cover?

I was only going to bother with this because of Rod Reis on art. Looks like it's not going to be worth the bother if he's just doing random issues here and there.

Ah well.

I'd get the hardcover, if anything the lineup is pretty decent overall. At least sample the first issue to see where it's going first and judge from that. It's interesting because I most of them hadn't written anything for Spidey yet.

Ten. Then it will be relaunched as Gwen Stacy: Ghost-Spider and last another ten issues before being relaunched as Gwen Stacy: The Adjective Ghost-Spider.

For real, wasn't this originally "Spider-Gwen: Ghost Spider", then it was cancelled and relaunched as "Ghost Spider"?

Yes.

Damn, just checked indeed. They're really trying hard to make this work, why couldn't they stick to her presence in Earth-65? She had already two volumes over there.

Nowhere is this listed as the final issue

>Hyde in jersey
Revenge for Secret Warriors?

They're probably trying to push her, Miles and Peter as a Spider-Family. If I'm not mistaken, she was even among the Earth-616 Spiders that Kindred had his eyes on in ASM.

Is this a reboot? How bad are they gonna mangled my boi?

It's a one-shot for the 2099 event, iirc (just like the others). This one is a relaunch, though , but that's Danny Ketch.

How bad is this gonna be in a scale from Marvel Knights 2099 to Timestrom 2099?

>It's a one-shot for the 2099 event
I get that, but it's not gonna be a follow up of the old 2099. This would be another AU.

Speed Demon?

Yeah it's kinda surreal. Funny, but I'm actually getting worried for Hickman irl.

This pretty much the cancer thing was a really mature move for Peter and he actually ended up solving the villains problems himself.

gorgeous deathbird

>Also preparing to hate myself for getting all the Scourge issues. Still not sold on this incarnation of the X-Men line.
How can you pick up Rosenberg issues of an event nothing like the previous two, but still not be sold on a Hickman X-Men relaunch. Boggles my brain.

Not him, but I'm also cautiously optimistic since Gage and Abnett are also involved. And it's fairly short all things considered.

More like semen demon.

Are these fuckers seriously trying to drag Sam away from his wife and kids to take him to cult island?

What the fuck is this shit? I just want Chamber and Mondo adventures.

He went missing so they went looking for him, who knows if they'll try and drag him back.

Hey look, it's those twins that were manipulated by Ahab during Extermination

Oh that's nice, I had forgotten about them.

>Mummy, which one of these identical jars has the rat poison in it?

The Shogun's subtle work continues, soon the mangaverse will be coming back

>Ten. Then it will be relaunched as Gwen Stacy: Ghost-Spider
I honestly don't know what the shit they were thinking by changing the title from Spider-Gwen?

Although, as stupid as Ghost-Spider is, it's considerably MOAR stupid that they took her out of her alt-universe and had her become a student in 616 where there are already multiple OTHER Spider-Women ( and, of course, Miles was already imported prior ).

Go fucking forbid they ever have a character not based around fucking Manhattan Island in the 616 universe.

DC just did something similar, but honestly DC and Marvel are just shit

>OG Thunderstrike
Hell yea

They had it coming.

>character who is literally only known for being Teh Sexeh!
>cover by Humberto "Muppet Face" Ramos
BRILLIANT!

Well she's a shitty character nobody cares about, so....

>It's Leah Williams, it's going to be shit and filled with her awful "comedy".
My theory is that Editorial has an eye to the DC shows on the CW, because I didn't hate the Hawkeye run by Kelly Thompson but when it transitioned into West Coast Avengers it was pure cringe ( and I saw an interview with her where she strait up admitted that Gwenpool being on the team WASN'T her idea because HOW THE SHIT DO YOU MAKE META POWERS LIKE THAT WORK IN A TEAM BOOK?? ).

Books like WCA, Mr & Mrs X, Amazing Mary Jane, and pretty much every single run on Captain Marvel since she started going by "Captain" again just read like Image style tv/movie pitches to me.

>>character who is literally only known for being Teh Sexeh!

Good, stay miserable faggot.

>Kathryn Immonen
Glad she's not fully retired. Marvel should really get her on another book.

This is one of the few Campbell covers with actually nice composition but ... those tiptoes :|

Black Widow minis are so formulaic lately and this "guided tour of Natasha's exes" thing is kind of frustrating, not least because her relationship with Daredevil was her longest-lasting and most influential, yet DD books and Black Widow titles both seem to be ignoring it.

This had the potential to be a really good long-term drama, I would say Marvel should have promoted it more but I think a series like Invaders has limited appeal in the market?

>Jack: I can make thousands of Peter or Miles clones
>but Gwen prefers Norman

They should have put something like this out a long time ago, it's all of her classic stories and one-offs in one place. It's especially exciting to have those four GNs all collected in one places and that fun Journey Into Mystery feature as well.

The only question mark here is the inclusion of Daredevil Annual #10? If you're going to add a random Daredevil issue there are loads I would have chosen in place of that one. It's almost kind of frustrating seeing that in here.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm

1 out of 13. You could make an argument that Vision is white-coded, I guess.

>As the stage is set for the next great chapter in Marvel's exploration of the galaxy far, far away, get caught up on the story so far!
So who is going to write the main Star Wars book now? And will it finally move on from the IV-V era?

>The only question mark here is the inclusion of Daredevil Annual #10? If you're going to add a random Daredevil issue there are loads I would have chosen in place of that one. It's almost kind of frustrating seeing that in here.

It's "material from" Daredevil Annual #10, and there was a Black Widow backup story there, they'll be including that for completeness, not the annual's main story.

Is Ewing britishing too hard here?

Is there some Thatcher era PSA asking if kids have posters of the queen in there room that only 30+ British folks would get?

I never understand it becomes a thing where you can't draw female feet outside of high heels. Tarot artist is the same way

ASSASSINS

Oh fuck, does this mean that sooner or later Black Tom will fight against Juggernaut?

Blame Into the Spider Verse

>, I would rub my dick up and down Carol’s abs.
To be fair: he *is* twink-tastic.

>>More Glob
>Who asked for this?
Don't hate, user.

No dummy, the new status quo is that mutants are tired of getting killed so they have become a united, powerful political force. That doesn’t make them “racist.”

>Cover by EDUARD PETROVICH
Literally the only thing about this run I'm enjoying. I wonder if he'll ever make the jump to interiors?

What’s so pleb about being excited for that

Are you trying to be retarded?

>why are the using Robert Howard stuff for Conan REEEEEEEEEEincarnation should get used only once!

You are a cuck!

Stop being a homephobe tranny.

>Writer confirmed it's a Bill and Lockjaw thing
Not sure if I'm more worried more will die and job to the scourge or that Bill and Lockjaw will be just on some random planet ignoring that they are suppose to be protecting the Inhumans in the first place.

>So Kamala we haven't talked in ages and I come to see how you where doing?
>Sees Mr. Hyde
>looks like I gonna beat your ass again old man.

There is nothing wrong with being a homophobe faglord

Cates and everyone working on Cosmic Marvel stories will keep ignoring that "protecting the Inhumans" thing for the rest of there days.

>That doesn’t make them “racist.”
>It's a "it's not racist for us to have an ethnostate, but you're a racist if you want one that keeps us out" story
>Mutants openly bigoted against humans
>Mutants proclaiming themselves to be humanity's new gods
So many X-fags can't see past Muh Team Is Winning and refuse to notice they're acting like villains, and also like a cult

i WANT TO RUB THAT BALD HEAD SO BAD. YES, I SAID IT.

Rub some lotion on it, pal.

Rub rub rub rub it in.

>Armor's outreach party, seeking young mutants who have not yet chosen to come to C̶h̶r̶i̶s̶t̶ Krakoa.
This is giving me Southern Baptist flashbacks, senpai.

>at least he's better than Alonso
That bar's so fucking low you might as well have said, "he has a pulse."

The Shogun has been good overall, though. He managed to make Carol sell well, gave Doctor Strange to Waid, has greenlighted Ewing's weirdo projects and brought lots of Spanish and Asian talent into the fold. There's some duds (like approving more Cates' CGR nonsense) but other than that it's been some of Marvel's best couple of years.

>Is there some Thatcher era PSA asking if kids have posters of the queen in there room that only 30+ British folks would get?
No, but between the kids in masks and the over the top fascist gov'mt shenanigans I'm getting a strong V is for Vendetta vibe.

But I was actually more just being a goof and pointing out the 'fascist gov'mt shenanigans' like that image that happened during Secret Empire.

Damn those arn't good, also F for superior
