I thought it was above average. I will probably come back to a couple songs but eventually forget about them along with the album.

aotw

not even album of the day

WHO THE FUCK DECIDED TO ADD THE MONKE SOUNDS ACK ACK ACK ACKKK

its not as good as Daytona. 7/10. Gizz better.

>110079568
7/10.

Far from AOTY but it's okay.
Push is great as always. Pharrells production is really uninspiring and the Kanye produced tracks are clearly superior. Push should've just had Kanye produce the whole album like Daytona.

kek

better than daytona which was already the last good hip hop album

king push saving rap again what else is new

king push

Trips of truth. The bars on that song are mind blowing

COCAINE'S DR SEUSS

Album's great but I wish there was a better intro song than Brambleton

def a great album, but far from aoty

ramona park by vince staples is my best bet from now

brambleton is easily the best pharrell beat from years...

billy woods's album is better than both, user.

unironically this, some might say it's subdued but it works for me

I don't know, it feels kind of boring to me and like something I've heard before, all the other Pharrell beats on this go hard but it seems like Ye was the better producer on this if only slightly

synthesizer beats are way better than high pitched samples and 808 kicks beats imo

Richard Pryor's flame started the pipe dream

Personal preference ig, though the last song on the album is fucking awesome because it just really is a Clipse song

agree

RAP AOTY

vibing

bad tracklist order but aoty already

8/10 BECAUSE OF MONKEY NOISE

ALBUM OF THE YEAR

Vince new joint sucks, it's only slightly better than last year's which really sucked

can this dude rap about anything other than the fact he used to make/deal coke? its fucking boring

can martin scorsese make anything other than gangster and crime movies? its fucking boring

>can this dude rap about anything other than the fact he used to make/deal coke? its fucking boring

My favorite Push effort after Wrath of Caine. Feels like an evolution of Daytona.

1800 call my bluff

I didn't like it at first, but it grew on me like most of the album.

shutter island, the aviator, raging bull, the king of comedy, after hours, the age of innocence, hugo.

All the songs were good for me on my first listen. I loved this solid 8

They were all good but I hold Pusha songs to a higher standard, and this album gets better each time you listen to it

I'm surprised he's still writing such good bars. Being so consistent with his music is pretty fucking crazy

Apparently Cudi was hesitant to give Pusha the clearance for Rock N Roll, push's impression of him is hillarious

Aoty and aotd is reserved for Radiohead LP9.5 called A Light for Attracting Attencion and I'm sorry your new favorite hiphop "music" album will be forgotten in 1 week and Radiohead LP9.5 will be discussed for next 15 years

The Jealous Guy one with Kanye might be the most embarrassing beat I've ever heard

>aoty
Kendrick is LITERALLY about to drop though OP...

kys

i loved it, but this. obsidian was better.

Kendrick lost the benefit of the doubt he has to prove himself again

pusha is only good for guest verses, more than 1 minute of him puts me to sleep

Bet you also hate DOOM

>Virginiohead

DOOM's in my top 3

i also prefer him on guest verses ngl, but i like him.

Let the Smokers Shine the Coup is fucking insane. Beat Pharell beat I've heard in ages.

I know he was flowing with the sample, but I do wish the song had one more verse and he did another flow

Album art is horrendous

Do you faggot zoomers listen to anything other than hip hop, srs

Silence was in the top 3 of the decade for me and it's about priests in Japan, so, yes
