What a fucking asshole
What a fucking asshole
>Strange's new movie will reveal that there were dozens of other timelines where they succeeded without any casualties, but he purposefully chose the one where Tony dies because Tony leaned on the Cauldron of the Cosmos
What a guy.
based
>Strange getting RDJ out of the MCU so Cuminsnatch can get the top billing
Based
"There's only room for one Sherlock Holmes in the MCU."
Funny since both Sherlock’s and nothin watsons are in the MCU
>watsons
Actually...
Both Watsons are in the MCU as well.
Sorry, phoneposting, meant to say BOTH. And oh shit, will Ferrell in the MCU when?
When you thought he saved Tony in Infinity War out of love but really it’s just because he needed him to die later
What the fuck was he pointing at? They never show us.
If there was such a title as Asshole Supreme, which MCU character would get it?
Strange why did you keep ignoring me? I told you what to do.
>out of love
Do you think he’ll try and seduce Wanda at any point?
with the time stone he can infinitely try each approach to figure out which one will drop her panties. Then repeat forever.
>99% of the MCU’s issue stem from Stark
>strange gets him to kill himself to make amends for his awful life
Might be the greatest superhero in capeshit history.
Fuck off, cap
No, in the comics he was always a mentor figure to Wanda
Are we talking about the same Cap who called him "Earth's Best Defender"?
>What the fuck was he pointing at?
To the sky. In truth Strange was trying to tell him to send the Gauntlet to deep space, since he already had control of it by the nanomachines, but Tony being the egotistical dunce he is, thought it meant he had to sacrifice himself.
>Wanda Maximoff! I've come to bargain
He was talking about Thor.
Hell he didn't even think of having the gauntlet shrink back to human size so Thanos couldn't wear it, Tony was full brainlet at the end of the movie.
People still believe this? The tie-in comic even confirms he was referring to Tony.
He's going to me our MCU Wolverine.
>Tony was full brainlet at the end of the movie.
Yep, specially after doing the Snap.
He wasn't pointing up, he's pointing "one" that this is the one way to save the world.
What about the huge army and Thanos? How does this solve the problem at all?
The army was on the ground, Carol had already destroyed their ship so they were effectively grounded. Thanos only had the upper hand in terms of numbers, but at that very point in the movie (not before), there was room for another strategy beyond snapping.
Although I'm not sure if Tony's armor was functional beyond the basics, because maybe he couldn't fly away by himself and no one was going to rescue him.
>there was room for another strategy beyond snapping.
If he hadn't snapped there would've been casualties. You can see Rocket about to get his head ripped off in the back.
But the reason he did it is because he wanted to kill Thanos and destroy the army. So what you're saying doesn't really matter
% of the MCU’s issue stem from Stark
This is the problem with Marvel writing villains. For plot short hand they make the villain associated with the hero so they can just focus on the hero. It solves issues of run time and building these villains.
But it just makes them forgettable. Like Yea Forums moaning about Batman's presence creating more problems than it solves. It just harms the narratives.
Marvel actually need to make a decent villain for once.
I know, I'm just making shit up here, he needed to Snap to get rid of them, but I still don't think he HAD to be the one, unless the window of opportunity was truly closed at that point.
Zemo, Ego, Thanos, Vulture, Hela, Ghost, Chessmaster, Mysterio were all good villains.
Give the now man sized gauntlet to Thor, a god that should be able to control the power of the stones, he puts on the gauntlet and uses the stones individual powers as Thanos did in the previous movie to lay waste to his armies and then Thanos himself.
>99% of the MCU’s issue stem from Stark
retard
Hela wasn't a good villain, she was just a bit too silly and again she was just connected to the hero so sloppily (family). Vulture, Mystertio and Zemo were all caused by Stark. Ghost had a similar, caused by Pym thing, and didn't feel like a big threat. I presume you mean Grandmaster? Fun, but one note. Thanos actually was built up. Ego was pretty alright too.
Now, I am not saying they weren't in good movies. They were fun movies. But a heck of a lot of these characters have been sloppily done. We need more villains that have explainable motivations beyond just being so connected to the heroes as short hand. It is one of the weakest parts of the MCU.
Too many bland villains.
I'll take that over "Villain movie ft. Batman"... not that they don't always tie the villains to Batman there too anyway.
