In older stuff, Brave and the Bold 197 is a classic, but it's set on Earth 2.
I also remember her being an important part of Len Wein's run in the 70s when she tried to reform.
For older stuff like golden and silver age, the anthology Catwoman - A Celebration of 75 Years has a pretty good selection.
