Mm hm. They really felt like actual episodes for the first 100 or so issues. Then around the time they made the Bart spinoff the stories became much more simple, juvenile, and short.

Yes. They were pretty much the only comics they had at Pamida and my town didn't have a comic store. So I would buy those and the Star Wars comics and Cartoon Network comics.
