Both actually, He had black lenses but his eyes where turned red from the treadmill accident.

But artist do depict Prof. Zoom (based on Barry's) with Zoom's (based on Wally's) costume a lot as well.

Eobard Thawne, AKA Professor Arachnid, The Reverse Spider-Man.

In the distant future, historian and self proclaimed #1 fan of Peter Parker, the Spider-Man finds a time capsule with one of the wall-crawler's original suits! And miraculously a residual blood sample was able to be retrieved, which he uses to synthesize a set to give him the powers of his idol. With dreadful consequences, his powers make him into a predator and volatile. Seeking the original Spider-Man's help he dons the costume and uses future technology to travel back in time. Peter being young and rash rejects the overemotional apparent doppelganger and sends Eobard into a psychotic spiral which makes him hunt Peter and make him miserable. In spite of his former idol he reverses the colors of his costume and becomes the villain.
