Is Sinestro still a villain?
Is Sinestro still a villain?
He's like Dr. Doom. It ranges from unlikely ally to full on villain.
What is even the point of the Sinestro Corp?
Green Lanterns are a police force, Blue lanterns are a "peacekeeping" force, Red Lanterns are whatever Atrocitus wants, I dunno the rest.
Blue Lanterns aren't peacekeepers, they're basically monks. And they're dead now anyway.
Sinestro is basically a terrorist group trying to turn the universe into a military regime.
Sinestro's thing has always been controlling the people through fear. He's a dictator with an army and that's exactly how he operated his corp.
Technically, aside from Green and Blue, all the different lantern corp could be considered antagonistic.
he is a good character so he isnt like doom at all
Aren't the Star Sapphires generally good nowadays?
>Red Lanterns are whatever Atrocitus wants
Weren't they going around slaughtering criminals at one point, like the Punisher?
Man, how sad is it that Tomar-Tu and the Darkstars did that better than the Reds did?
He's comparable to Doom without autism
No superhero trusts Sinestro to raise their children.
Sinestro is, thus, better written.
See my thing is that I'm annoyed that he's no longer supporting a yellow ring. Fuck the Ultraviolet Corp
More or less. They even team up with Wonder Woman.
His daughter is looking after the yellows for him.
Yeah I don't care. I want him back in yellow instead of Synder's retarded ass fanfic corp
>Blue Lanterns aren't peacekeepers, they're basically monks. And they're dead now anyway.
Poor, poor Saint Walker. The writers put him through so much shit just to keep the Blues from being able to help the Greens.
Sweet tears of Tommy le cuck
He bombed Pearl Harbour recently, user.
Can't wait for him to explain to her how bombing Pearl Harbour was for the greater good
>Soranik: "...what's Pearl Harbour?"
>Sinestro: "Yet another milestone on the road to universal order, my dear"
This always bothers me about the DC status quo. Marvel heroes will turn on each other like rats in a sinking ship which makes their incompetence...have a certain amount of sense. But in DC, it's like the universe itself goes out of it's way to screw over heroes; remember when in Flashpoint Barry literally ruined everything trying to go back in time to save his mom even though he was only doing it because Professor Zoom, who had no such time shenanigan consequences, fucked with time first?
>He's like Dr. Doom.
When's the last time Sinestro became omnipotent? Quick, I wanna read this apex of writing right now.
I mean
Technically hasn't he had Parallax Hal-level power since he seized control of Parallax? It's just that for some reason instead of retconning the universe to be in his image he just uses it as a pokemon for some reason
