gay, lame
Well drawn diarrhea.
cute girls, powerful propaganda for simps and future wallets
it's the perfect example of what's shitty about my generation.
Boomers are still worse
The first comic book to capture the way cartoons make me feel
love it, wish I played the video game sooner
the movie is eh, but literally only because michael cera looks/acts so weird
>The first comic book to capture the way cartoons make me feel
Sums up why I despise this comic.
I want a Romana gf, but only in terms of looks. I am well aware that such a thing exists only in abstract
There are still tons of Romani people around, but I'm pretty sure they are still discriminated against
wish they stuck with the original ending where scott and ramona mutually go their own way. Movie wouldve been excellent without cera being scott, everyone else was spot on. Game was fun, River City Girls is a good replacement for the hole it left behind.
Well yeah the characters are meant to be lame and they are all gay what are your thoughts on the series
it's Great
I find it wholly unrelatable but still an enjoyable read.
Not fond of it but I'd fuck Stephen so there's that going for it.
It's shit
>US GAMERS, HUH
one of the rare instances where the video game, the movie, and the comic are all perfect versions of themselves that make the most of adapting to their respective mediums.
I wouldn't call it a masterpiece by any stretch of the imagination but I did find it a bit enjoyable. As stupid as it may sound, it surprisingly helped me get into comics

Threadly reminder just about every character besides Stacey is canon gay
That Pepe in the corner is cute
It ruined an entire generation of women.
>HE CUTE
Good. Fun story, interesting characters, a bunch of cute girls/guys, the background art was pretty good and brought Toronto to life
The biggest downside for me was the fact that there was little focus on the lives of side characters (who were way more interesting than the MC), which left a lot to be desired.
I read it as it was coming out and liked it a lot. Haven't re-read it so not sure how it would fare today that I'm more of a cynic
It's pretty good
though I liked the friendships with others more than the actual story
also I want to fuck Knives
Pretty good. Captures the feeling of hanging around with dirt-bag friends in your 20's and not knowing what's going on pretty well. I found it at a time in my life where it could achieve maximum impact and I still like it. I think if it came out today I probably would dismiss it reflexively.
think you posted the wrong cover
The Steven Universe of non-capeshit comics. Despicable.
A very good example of artistic chops developing over time. The art is so much better in books 4 to 6 than the first.
Storywise, the whole subspace element was never explained and the ending really should've been Scott and Ramona going their separate ways.
Either will do user
The art is simple but great and extremely dynamic. The premise is good, but the characters and the writing are absolute shit. The tone is all over the place, character development is fucking awful for pretty much everybody, and incoherent for Scott in particular. All of the attempts at humor fall flat on their faces. When the comic deals with the band life, it's spot-on, I'll give it that.
Love it.
SCOTT EARNED THE POWER OF LOVE/UNDERSTANDING was pretty good
>also I want to fuck Knives
who doesn't?
also, do you think Kim actually hit it?
i would have preferred if he ended up with knives.
main girl was not worth the asking price.
Sing it with me now Yea Forums
BPD AND ECSTASY
I HATE WOMEN WHO WONT FUCK ME
>but honestly i'd still hit it if I could
Yeah, that was pretty obvious
Unironically great at its time, gay after it got popular and the movie came out
gay. dont care.
A really unique and fun series with lots of character and an appealing artstyle that hits a harmony between western comics and manga.
That USED to be the case, it's not as easy to appreciate it in it's initial state anymore because ever since it came out people have been endlessly copying its style to the point where it's just a broad genre now.
