and rym has too many people sucking fantano's dick after every review, it's a hivemind and scores are ridiculous for some albums, the only 2 good discoveries I've found from rym were BLA and Fishmans

yeah I agree that they have a good system, I won't deny that, but it feels like reddit 2.0, people truly think their reviews/upboats are hot shit and give them some sort of pedigree, plus it mostly centers around indie, hip-hop, metal and hyperpop, so there's no variety
I love electronic music, but I see very little focus about it and video game ost have higher score than most other releases in drum and bass for instance
