I liked it, but it was focused on comedy where it should have been focused on lore

Yes. It was funny as well as a good action kids action show. Cool story, i was 11 - 1e when this show came out and loved every episode of it. So at the time my dad was a contractor and was building a bathroom for this voice actress named april Stewart (she was voice of el tigres mom. Is also the main female voice actress of south park) so since me and my brother were huge south park fans, he got her to get us autographs . but wait it gets better, in school i made a art piece of el tigre made out of constriction paper, i give it to my dad to give to her. A week later she brings it back to me with it signed by the two creators ( jorge Gutierrez and his wife , gabe swar, grey delisle , and eric bauza !!!! ) I was so excited and i still have the picture on my wall to this day :)
