The first two episodes were mostly as cliché as everyone was expecting, but I liked Trading Day better, because Badgerclops wasn't as fucking annoying and the Sweetiepie interactions were funny. I do like how BC was revealed to have been way more than just a thief in Truth Stinks, though
The monster fight in Head Chef was badass, and the king was funny, but it kinda felt pointless, since we already know that Mao's an artful swordsman while Badgerclops is, well, a cyborg. I felt they learned about each other's roles better in this episode than in Trading Day, funnily enough, which is why I rate it better
Orangusnake Begins hit all the right notes. Action, comedy, lore, Sky Pirates
On a general note, the animation in all these episodes were really good, even better than the last batch

Kinda late but I don't think the srt file in the mkv specifies the font, so it's probably actually using the default settings in your player. What kind are you using? You might also have an easier time just using editing the srt file then taking a screenshot, but again depends on what software you have.

I don't have any sort of software, I just load up the video in MPC and turn on subtitles.

If you're using MPC, you might be able to find your font settings under Play > Filters > DirectVobSub > Properties, then click the Text Settings to see the Defaults in the Style Editor. If you're using something other than DirectVobSub it might differ but it should be listed in the Filters.

the boost that Orangusnake acquired appeared to be something of wishful thinking as well when afflicted with Mao Mao's harsh words thrown at him. He did say he would essentially sell his soul for such power but appeared to be fine after being defeated regardless so I'm not too sure whether the ruby pure heart has power over him or if it just wanted show Mao that the more he pushed for a stronger villain to fight, the more dangerous the sky pirates could become.
