Don't remember Ghost King's stuff, but Danny Phantom characters can't really be defeated by most conventional means.
Between the other 3 I'd say Endgame Thanos is out because of less impressive strength and speed feats than the other 2.
That leaves All Might and Armstrong. I'd say All Might is overall stronger, but I'm not sure if he could get the job done in time before he runs out of gas. Armstrong doesn't have that problem.
