A quick Google says AT&T's net worth is $200 billion, and Disney's is $130 billion. WB's supposed net worth is $85 billion.
I have no idea how accurate or recent those figures are, though. For all I know, Disney could already own a quarter of Germany and I'd be none the wiser.
