If local shows count, I've seen literally hundreds of bands live. I spent age 15-22 or so going to shows at least once a month (but more frequently than that too). My hometown used to have a very active metal scene when I was younger.

I've been a bunch of summer festivals, a million regular shows (~5 bands on the lineup), and a ton of local shit (always at least 5 bands per night). Had to stop going super frequently when I got to real university. Now that I'm a real adult, it's been a few years since I last went to a show.
