I'd love to see Genndy take a stab at the Monsterverse, particularly the prehistoric, Harryhausen-esque stuff that we only get hints of from the movies.
Someone actually translated some text from the end credit sequences for "King of the Monsters", and apparently ancient humanity worshiped the monsters, then began to weaponize them against other tribes. This eventually led to the ice age, the fall of Atlantis, and the monsters going into hibernation for thousands of years. I'd watch the shit out of that.
