First half was pretty eeeh, supporting cast was not well utilised and it leaned too much into the office style of writing, but second half they soft rebooted it, funnier jokes, making refs to older stuff and giving other muppets bigger roles, unfortunately it came too late to save it.

This movie is basically the middle ground between the good movies (Muppet Movie, Muppet Caper, Manhattan, Christmas Carol, Treasure Island) and all the rest.

The Muppets section of Disney's Hollywood Studios was heavily downsized during recent renovations. The location's name, Muppets Courtyard, was changed to Grand Avenue and generally changed to look less Muppet-exclusive outside of the two banners.

I was a fan of PJ since I saw Bad Taste, Braindead and Meet the Feebles. I had seen Forgotten Silver and The Frighteners, so I knew he could direct more "conventional" films too. Still I was really surprised when I heard he was directing LOTR. I knew it was going to be good, though. FOTR didn't fail me, even if the other two disappointed. He should start doing shoestring budget zombie films again
