How come a vidya gaym gets sued for having a name which has a slight semblance to Iron Maiden, yet shit like this gets a pass? I get that Bolt Thrower and extreme metal names aren't as big as Maiden, but this isn't the first time a logo like that gets rebranded by some corporate schlocks. Slayer logo also comes to mind.

big labels have entire teams of lawyers and paralegals dedicated to finding cases of plagiarism and copyright violations and suing these people for $$$.
95% of the time the band doesn't even know that "they" are suing someone for copyright infringement.
When it comes to underground metal bands, labels don't quite the same amount of fucks. Either that or they know that for a "small" band, any publicity is better than no publicity
