Haha man I watched balto 3 (the wings of change or something) just yesterday for the first time.
It's as clear as the sun that 1>>2.
But both 2 and 3 kinda sucks desu, cringe and with really shallow characters, new characters are shit, songs are shit, old characters just "evolve" in the first film... Eh. The first one is great though. A classic.
The animation are a bit meh, if Disney had produced Balto it would have been huge. Imagine it with their animators and their songs daaamn.

Balto 2 was a fucking fever dream when i watched it as a kid, and I loved it. So atmospheric.

I truly loved the songs, I'm usually not someone who likes songs in cartoons but balto 2 was probably the only exception I can think of
