Bruce Wayne is my favorite mask.

Is there one more expressive than this? If it could potentially react to emotion.

Favorite costume and mask has to be Hawkeye. No joke, it's one of those things that looks cool in the comic medium but anywhere else it doesn't work.

I can't help but look at Ant-Man's chin.

why isn't there any masked porn lads.
The closest there is is middle aged slags in orgies wearing venetian masks and gays wearing gas masks or bike helmets

>Somebody's Gonna Get It

Superhero porn gets done. Live-action or 3D/2D animated.

This but unironically.
I just want a girl being fucked in a plague mask

What exactly do you look up? Maybe it's the search terms you're using.

Terry's bat suit is quite cool. Particularly how it's portrayed here.

Looks like he could crack a dome easily.

These look like those half assed ice pops they sell out of those ice cream trucks

At least they could be tasty.

I love SpOctopus. The lens-glasses are great.

I'd like to see her wear something like that.
It'd be impossible.

Attached: index.jpg (224x224, 6K)

Simplistic. Yet, memorable.

Attached: expressive_mask.jpg (290x236, 13K)

Is that supposed to be armour or spandex?

Spandex, I believe.

gays also wear pup masks often. At least i heard so haha

You mean those leather gimp masks that look like dog heads?

I think Domino mask have grown on me. I like the idea of somebody slapping mask on and can just be out the door. Instead of taking an hour to get into costume. Real world it'd be a lot more functional. Plus I like how it doesn't really hide your face, it's more intimidating almost saying

"Go ahead tell the cops who I am. I'll find you when I get out. You know how crazy I am."

Yeah.
It's kind of funny.

I'm partial to this one.

Now that would be an interesting Elseworlds.

So, what's the message?

it's called Superman/Wonder Woman: Whom Gods Destroy

don't look it up tho, you'll be horribly disappointed

Thanks.

I guess non-cape stuff counts.

This or the Teen Titans version?

Attached: Cheshire-Young-Justice-Animated-Series.jpg (500x632, 37K)

This is the Umbrella Academy, right?
How is it?

It's like X-Men 1, Spider-Man 1, or punisher 1 adaptation. They pick and choose what they want from the comic, same goes for the adult jokes. Kinda cheeky, but nowhere near the Boys or Doom Patrol level of adult humor.

In the end it boils down to the cast, I love the casting choices. But if you start and can't stand the actors don't even bother with the show.

Thanks.Is anyone particularly annoying?
Do the white lenses on the masks move btw?

Attached: Umbrella Academy.jpg (1000x498, 25K)

No, but they only wear the mask as kids which are flashbacks. Cha Cha and Hazel probably the worst at the mask, they only wear it a few times and seem to have two rubber mask and bullet proof ones that are more helmets.

Thanks. Rating out of 10?

The dark purple and blue contrast?
maybe it's those wing looking things on the mask.

I'd probably lie and give it a 9/10. So I took a template and gave my honest opinion. It's strongest in comedy and action but the drama and suspense drag and towards the middle section of the show.

Attached: sketch-1568065591105.png (1730x1080, 811K)

Thanks. Hope that didn't take too long.

Probably less than you think

OTN is love, OTN is life.

Attached: Bondage Ninja Recruitment Process.jpg (2635x2988, 3.17M)

OTN stands for what?

Non-cape stuff, it'd have to be this spooky boy. Comics-wise, I'd probably say Spider-man and Doctor Fate both have really solid, stylistic masks.

Oliver Twist Nigger

I'm not familiar with this. Is he headless?

Over
The
Nose
But that's more a term for gags

Ah. Thanks.

> Spider-Man
Yep.

Any particular favourites?
Pic related is the only cape related thing I know of having it other than Barbara Gordon in Batgirl Year One.

Attached: Silk.jpg (201x251, 14K)

His lenses look less green here.

Not just capeshit, but i'm sick of masks that completely lack facial features. It's more common in shitty sci-fi than anywhere else, but unless a mask or helmet has eyes, a mouth or something, I find myself hating it by default. It only really works on the Question or Rorschach.

Attached: c1z4e5wqdzn21.jpg (500x749, 97K)

Because of the hats? Rorschach's mask is still at least expressive thanks to the ink.
Well, I certainly like pic related style.

Attached: 2077110-batgirl.jpg (290x300, 33K)

So, you prefer this design?

Attached: Jason_Todd_Red_Hood_New_52.jpg (170x301, 23K)

I don't think it's the hats, so much as it is the fact that without their masks their costumes would just be ordinary clothes, so the mask becomes their defining feature. Cass's mask works because there's still facial features, even if it's all black.

Yes, at least for the mask part. Though the lips are a bit unnecessary. I think the part that really bothers me is not having any kind of eyes. I'm used to masks having a white or black part the character can see through if it covers their eyes. With Freeze you can tell they're red tinted goggles, even if you can't see his eyes through them most of the time, but something like a solid red dome both leaves me with no idea where the character is supposed to be looking, and wondering if they can even see out of the damn thing and how.

Attached: 1299128920753.jpg (500x312, 17K)

Fair point. Maybe he's trained to see without peripheral vision?
Partly joking.
Also, having facial features helps with relatability, and connection unless you really want the character to appear inhuman.

I kind of like when the characters ditch the costumes for whatever reason to go a little more casual once in a while.

I don't think it's reliability so much as readability. Even Cobra Commander with the mirrored mask you can tell which direction he's looking in and like mirror lens sunglasses it seems like a thing that could actually exist, unlike bland, generic sci-fi armor where you have to just assume you can see out of it.

Well, Cobra Commander has a visor you can assume he can see out of. I guess it's a lot to do with assuming the visors are one way while having helmets with eyes makes you wonder how they can see out through the eye parts, since visors cover the whole face, and are likely more like transparent glass from one side.

Attached: 1564104342039.jpg (388x379, 20K)

Yeah, I get that they're supposed to be one-way visible, but give a character a suit of armor with a featureless dome helmet that looks like stainless steel and matches the rest of the armor it seems lazy as hell to say it's another material that looks exactly like stainless steel, but has one-way transparency. I wouldn't mind if there were black dots or something you could assume are cameras, but one-way transparent materials look far more transparent spread out over a larger area than just over the eyes. Again with Freeze, making the lenses of his goggles solid red works because you know it's tinted glass, but if you wore a solid tinted glass dome over your entire head, in most lighting conditions it'd barely do anything to conceal your identity, or at the very least there'd be a clear silhouette of the head visible from the outside.

Yeah, I know I'm being a nit-picky autist.
