The only good episodes were the few with Sasha in it while majority were below-average comedy "fun" episodes with a weak main cast.

It isn't nearly focused on comedy (even if the jokes are actually better than most modern cartoons') as much as it is a moral-teaching and adventure show. Also, just because it has many comedy parts and is "fun", it doesn't mean it's not well written.

IMO the series’s quality is completely reliant on the characters. Anne is a completely developed character who starts out as an asshole and ends the series as a better person who realizes her friends were manipulating her. If this arc was weaker, or if it didn’t exist and it was just a regular monster of the week show, the show would be horrible

The main character is compelling and the humour was funny. It didn't drown in lorefaggotry so far which was a blight on cartoon storytelling in recent years.
