No Clue What Should Be Said During These Ungodly Tuesday Morning Hours Really Edition
Let's try to keep these at the ten minute mark or shorter, but otherwise post whatever the hell you want.
I'll let the first non-OP fellow link the first track.

It's an excellent song even by Beck's already high standards. Nothing really to criticize. Certainly deserving of repeated listens. 9/10
not bad bretty good. im allways a sucker for that fo 80's synthwave bass line
Decent enough alternative rock. It's the skillful vocals that really carry this beyond being just an average song, I think. Thanks for sharing. 8/10
i'll probably would think this is the greatest song ever 5 years ago, but today i find it a little boring. 6/10

God I love this! Thanks user :3
I normally like foreign power pop, but this comes across as fairly uninteresting, really. Decent vocals, but the track doesn't particularly appeal that much. Meh. 5/10
The track sort of screams 'generic indie music', to be totally honest about it, but I don't really mind much because of the excellent vibes that it gives off. Smooth and mellow. Not bad. 7/10
Not bad, but nothing memorable either. Vocals remind me of Kreator and that's a good thing.

Black metal isn't really my thing at all, so I can't particularly get into this even though I can tell that tons of talent is involved. For somebody else, I guess. Don't want to be too critical. 7/10
it sounds likke generic drum and bass to be honest. 5/10

While I like the Nickelodeon sort of animation a lot, the overall song is rather painfully generic. It also sounds like there's some kind of technical issues with the compression or something? Maybe? Eh. 6/10
It mostly works, but I feel like the track comes across as kind of underwhelming. He's made better songs. Still, it's alright-ish. Personally, I prefe the first half. 7/10
>*prefer the first half.
Whole thing is worth hearing, though.
great song, I prefer other BOC tracks but it's very nice, though a little generic

Another rock gem from the guys in the Guess Who. I really wish that they got more critical respect. Oh, well. 9/10
Pretty damn enjoyable. Worth repeated listens. For sure. 8/10
very enjoyable, humorous, worth repeated listens, but a little generic

Incredible that Devo can sound so enjoyably fresh after multiple decades. Lovely track. Thanks for sharing. 8/10
very nice song, blues and post-punk mixed to perfection

I liked the bass and the vocal. The guitar is good too. The lyrics is a little meh, 9/10.

very enjoyable, there isn't more to say, they played the genre very well

Makes me wanna go on mars/10
Fairly solid punk. Nothing really that I want to nitpick. Deserves repeated listens. 8/10
don't know the language so I'm assuming I lost the deep lyricism, the rest is a nice ballad, a little generic
youtube.com
It seems kind of derivative and not that interesting in arena rock terms, to be honest. Seems like a track that Kiss or Van Halen would've left as a b-side, maybe? Eh. Eagles did better. 7/10
>Kiss or Van Halen
that track is from 72, you can't be derivative of a bands who haven't released their first album
about your song, liked the solo, good song overall.

It's not that it's derivative of those two groups. It's that it sounds like something that they would've later come up with and rejected as not being enjoyable enough, I think. Eh.
Haven't really delved into the music of Poland at all. In soft rock terms, it's pleasant and a tad generic but really succeeding at presenting a given mood. Lyrics that're apparently about feeling uncertain and adrift in life, being all philosophical? Fine enough. 8/10
A fun little tune. Would work well in some alternative events type movie centered on the 60s. Thanks for sharing. 8/10
very intense and claustrophobic, 8/10

In my opinion, this is one of Bowie's best songs. Everything is perfect. What can one say? 10/10
One really wishes that 80s hard rock always sounded this great. Basically flawless. Wouldn't change a thing. 9/10
Based Royksopp. This is delightful. Thanks for sharing. 8/10
one of the most unique songs of the early 2000s. nothing quite like it really

fucking awesome, love kyuss

Nice and space spooky

lovely, very happy, relaxing and smooth

Progressive metal is often just kickass, and this is no exception. Can't find fault with a single thing in any way. Absolutely worth repeated listens. 9/10
very nice actually, never heard of shy before, much more pop than metal, actually I'd say it's a heavier pop rock instead of hair metal, anyway, nice track
youtube.com
The Kinks had better tracks, but this still has a nice, groovy feel to it. Vocals that're as great as I'd expected. Not bad. 7/10
very energetic, live kiss always great
youtube.com
Was expecting Poison style glam metal. Got something more akin to Cheap Trick style power pop. Either are wonderful in terms of my personal taste. It's nothing that special as a song, really, but there's a sense of fun energy that's cool. 8/10
This is... political satire? I think? I don't know enough about Brazilian history and its tradition of pop rock music to really know. Anyways, with the language barrier it's still pretty nice. Seems that it'd reward repeat listens. 8/10
Drum intro reminded me of MBV. I'm not particularly into emo really, but the song's well-put together, the production's clean, and the hooks are good. All in all, I think it's one of the better emo songs I've heard, but like I say, I just don't really like the genre.

Based Dead Kennedys. It's fantastic. Can't see a reason to nitpick. 9/10
'The Pleasure Principle' is one of the greatest albums of all time. Nothing really else to say. Yeah. 10/10
Kind of middling as far as electropop goes. Still, I can't deny the appeal. I'll be positive-ish. 7/10
never been a fan of erasure so this track doesn't do it for me
youtube.com
better than the original
youtube.com
Divorced from the context of being at some kind of rave, it's... okay-ish. Not really getting the vibe that it's going for. Feels kind of... I don't know how to describe the emotions exactly. Like it seems 'pedestrian' to me? Meh. 6/10
>better than the original
Can't agree more!
very nice

One of her best tracks, in my opinion. Timeless pop. Splendid. 10/10
