Being fair pretty much everything with tits does at somepoint, Spidey literally has more game than any two other heroes combined almost literally as universal compensation for his shit luck elsewhere.
I think a contemporary take on a Dagger/Spidey romantic pairing would be cool. C&D first appeared in Spectacular Spider-Man after all. I think it would be a cool way for them to come back for modern readers, since their most recent story was DIGITAL ONLY for some un-godly reason
Honestly I agree.
Granted, a lot of the "What if Spidey hooked up with X" what ifs are actually really interesting to think about unironically just due to the implications and dynamics that would come as part of it. The classic Sue Storm example, for...well...example.
Dagger's definitely one of the more unique options however.
The problem with Dagger being romantic with anyone else is that it leaves Cloak a blubbering mess. He cant be away from her too long because he needs to feed off of her light. In the 90s, he had the spirit of Jack the Ripper inside of him, and after they got rid of him, he had literal demons lurking inside of him. They work best as a pair, but I wish they could find a way for him to be more independent

Have you guys been watching the show? Second season was pretty good and Tandy finally wore something similar to her comic book dress, although still a bit half-assed. I do like Tyrone's cloak though, they put some effort in it. Other than the costumes, it's the only, read ONLY show that has referenced both the larger Marvel universe and the Netflix shows.

All we got out of slott were two issues with carol and pushing him with mocking bird for brownie points

Nice! I heard they were crossing over with Runaways in the next season, I'd like to see how that goes. Runaways has its moments, but it's a lot of wheelspinning that I don't care much about. Still prefer C&D though, it has plenty of solid moments.
