If they want to get meta with it, have Jake Gyllenhaal Mysterio control an avatar from a different universe, similar to how 616-Mysterio had an avatar in the Ultimate universe he controlled.
Doubt Gyllenhaal would come back, and I'm not sure of the legality of using FFH's Mysterio in this. But it would be neat, I think.

Aaron was a terrible Prowler who did Hobie's legacy dirty. Spiderverse's Aaron actually had a fucking personality and encapsulated what was cool about Hobie back in the day and made it much better.

Beetle as a follow up antagonist from Tombstone. Or a symbiote in a really stylized way of moving and behaving.

Getting an actual arc and personality and a great theme song and a good costume and some cool fight scenes and overall being a great interpretation of the character, I believe.

That wouldn't be a bad use for the movie...reinvent a shiitier villain, maybe turn them around for the better

Wow, I remember Prowler having a very limited role, this kind of changes the movie a bit for me.

Spider-verse would be an excellent vehicle to set up a Superior Foes spin-off.

Have Jackal clone The Miles universe Parker and have him be a Ben Parker who makes a heel turn because he’s being mind controlled or whatever, maybe turns into man-spider or whatever. Set up the Others in the next movie, which shouldn’t be hard since both Morlun’s family and Jackal use cloning, so there’s already a connection. Hell Jackal could well be an Other.

Putting my faith completely in Spiderverse 2. They should do superior story with Peter finally getting his shit together. And superior does c-plot

Aaron wasn't a major villain, he was just a supporting character and an antivillain. He was Miles' antagonist for about half an act.
