it doesn't turn me on but what it does do is make them feel more believable to me. a more believable character leads to being likeable. bonus points if it's she's anthropomorphised. crazy to me that female characters comically in pain is a rare sight especially in the animated department.

Tom and the Coyote look like they’re having a seriously and heated discussion one which one has the better act, while Goofy looks like it’s just now hitting him the absolute sadness and pointlessness of a contest in which there are only two valid contenders.
