That's not a matter of preference, it's a matter of fact. A lack of trepidation towards homosexual actions is abnormal biologically. People can accept that people will have sex with whoever they want (and plenty do) but bi/pan/whatever sexuality can't actually become the norm due to the way our brains are wired. Society can shift in such a way that almost nobody cares anymore, but the distinction of less common sexuality as "other" can never be erased because it is literally programmed in our bodies to be an abnormality.
