Yeah, but Reed presumably doesn't physically age. The Maker lived for 1000 years and still looks like he's 19. Admittedly, The Maker's powers are a bit different from Reed's, but if nothing else, Reed could still have some degree of slowed aging. And in the OP picture, Reed's hair definitely has way more grey than it's usually portrayed as having.
