Firth of Fifth is good but generally I find Genesis to be horribly overrated. Caravan does a similar thing but much better.

One of my favorite Banks songs is Cul-De-Sac from Duke.
You know you're on the way out
It's just a matter of time
You thought you'd rule the world forever
Long live the king, don't spare the loser
They were all good songrwiters, but Banks turned in some of their best - Afterglow, Cul-De-Sac, Mad Mad Moon, etc.
One thing I'll give Phil - he worked his ass off singing other people's lyrics. Afterglow would have never happened with Peter still in the band. He couldn't have sung that song. I love peter, and everything he does, but i think they would have broken up if he'd stayed. The other guys wanted to write more, and he was insisting on being the only lyricist too often.
Mama
>I find Genesis to be horribly overrated
Standard, textbook try-hard response. It's just music, and you can like more than one band. And, every member of Caravan would call you a fucking moron, for saying that.

The Cinema Show
Yep, you are probably correct.
I Can't Dance
In the Cage
Amazing. My favorite song is still free.
Dance on a Volcano
Shit, what's left at this point?
I'll take That's All or Blood on the Rooftops.
