I don't get why the female characters in this show have such big lips, they're obviously drawn to promote a feeling of sexual longing from the reader.

You’re a bit sick of writing about John’s shitty dates so you’ll make a lady cat to bounce off of Garfield. You don’t want to waste time designing a character, so you just draw a cat with lady features. “Svelte” “eyelashes” “makeup”. Boom. You’re done. You draw Garf 21 times and new cat Arlene twenty one times, fill in the jokes, and you’re ready to go grab lunch.
