The DCEU has a loyal fandom though. They could sell BDs with tons of special features and people will buy it, just like they did with BvS. JL flopped so badly because it divided the fanbase they built, the same fanbase that remained loyal after the media telling them constantly that the DCEU is bad and they should feel bad for liking it

98% of the box office of the DCEU (and the MCU) are people outside the fandom.
They aren't going to make big money off the literally HUNDREDS of people asking for the Snyder cut. If WB had any reason to believe they would, they'd have done it by now, they aren't afraid of releasing recuts at all.

A Snyder Justice League with the same tone of MoS & BvS would be kino, especially with Hans and Junkie doing the OST, but WB has no reason to release it; if it's great, they look like idiots for stripping Zach of power. If it's bad, it'll still be met with "WB is ruining things!"

From a purely business perspective, is there any sense in releasing the Snyder cut?
First of all, the movie supposedly has unfinished cgi, so they can't just release it on video or something, not that they would if it was finished because the Snyderfags are a vocal minority at best and not worth making a product for. Best they could do is dump it on DC Universe.
So there's next to no profit to be gained from it, and all they have to gain from it are Snyderfags yelling about how they should have released this version in theaters, and everyone else just reaffirming how JL was a terrible movie from the get-go.
Any way they go about it, they're to shit for it, so why bother?
