Bendis was supposed to write this to lead into Secret Wars, but didn't bother as he was too busy writing the Original Sin tie-in that went on so long Wolverine had to just disappear half way through because he died (it also didn't tie in to Original Sin). So instead, for Uncanny #600, he turned Iceman gay in one page.
