This show feels unfinished. Seriously, the animation is horrible. But the visuals, the design the story and the voice acting keep me interested. But I hate the way they chose to animate it. I wish they could make a proper 2D animation with the same designs.

I watched one episode, yeah the sjw shit was unbearable literally every second was "women strong, men weak" but aside from that the animation was really cheap so even if I liked the the writing I would have probably not watched more.

Soren and Runaan were both shown to be competent.

They also incompetently led their country into starvation, the reason why they went on suicide mission in the first place. And king nigga made poor choices too. Meanwhile the main kid is ""hapa"" on paper but looks and sounds completely white and is so great that he basically teaches himself how to do primal magic which is supposed to be impossible for humans. And he has a cute girl after his dick (elf, but still white).

And even being not very smart Soren is an extremely skilled swordsman who held his own against a bunch of elves who are supposed to be completely unstoppable when they turn invisible.
