I really love how Gunn dabbed on Bendis’s run and went with his own designs for the movie, while also lifting Giffen/DnA stuff like the mask or Knowhere.
Bendis and McNiven tried so hard to get their relaunch adapted that they forgot they were making comics, not a movie pitch.
