Minimoose has always been living in GIR's shadow.

He was only in one episode (he was kinda foreshadowed in earlier episodes though) and only a main character once the comics dropped and no one read them.

He was a really late edition to the show, he's only in the Christmas episode, from what I understand the merchandise for invader Zim was either not made soon enough or not made in numbers to meet the demand. It was one of the reasons the fuckwits at nick cancelled the show.
