I do like her, but she barely appeared in the actual show. When she did, she was mostly a stock cliche character who didn't have many funny or interesting lines or scenes and was an overused, generic plot prop. This changed for only two episodes, but they weren't mindblowing and even her "depths" weren't very original (poor little rich girl with mean rich parents). How badly done the other female characters were made her seem amazing by comparison but mostly people here just like to draw her with giant tits. I like her just fine but she's definitely one of those good minor characters blown out of proportion and unlike Creepy Suzie doesn't even have really creative or novel elements that sort of explain it, either her character design or her personality.

Reminds me of Trixie Tang, had one episode that tried to explore her personality but was ultimately insignificant and then spent the rest of the series stuck in the "will they won't they" void. She was still popular waifu-wise but people shipping Timmy for the most part latched onto Vicky and Tootie instead despite them being "repulsive" in comparison because Trixie's writing was just so god awful most of the time.
