Is this...
I remember it being a bigger thing in the distant, hazy past of the early 00's. Back when it was a much more insular thing with a bunch of microcommunities, standards were looser, and even more serious webcomics were willing to be absurd and break narrative rules. They'd just do these sort of scratch your back, scratch my back sort of exchanges or teamups. Might even be "in continuity." Webcomics are probably better serial stories now than they were 15 years ago, but they're also kind of much more standard and by the numbers stories than the completely wacky, throw everything in, shit we used to see. Not if that was better, I guess, it was largely young amateurs faffing about, but it is somewhat nostalgic to remember how things used to be.
Not subtle or funny.
If you have to explain your joke while you're making it then it's not really a joke but rather some faggot monologue-ing
according to wikipedia this is believed to be the "first Internet comics crossover" between Helen, Sweetheart of the Internet and Chris Baldwin's Bruno.
>Helen of Sparta
>Bimbo
Way to knock women down a peg
Something Positive, still going since 2001, had several crossovers, only one I recognise is with Girls with Slingshots (2004 to 2015, now on reruns).
He still messed it up. Not only is it covered in WORDSWORDSWORDS when referencing a comic with none but the second panel should have the characters switch places for consistency. Once again he ruined Loss.
Goats (1997 to hiatus 2010) is a thing I'd forgotten existed until looking up ancient crossovers, this one is with Bobbins.
>The leader of the free world throws a temper tantrum if he isn't served more ice cream than everybody else at state dinners.
>HE'S TOTALLY OWNING THE LIBTARDS!
You guys really got nothing, don't you?
Literally all of them during the squirrel thing.

There, I posted a few
Pic related.
that site missed the very first one: it classifies (also pic related) as a cameo/refernce. I guess a crossover needs to be several pages, or a mini story arc?
What does your post in any way have to do with that comic?
>Unauthorised reproduction prohibited
I have such wonders to show you.
