you can post oc's but on the condition that it is a villan and no obscene powers for the they cant be indestructible but you can have them a strong as you need for a good fight and try to fit them in the lore of a series if you can like a ghost or a ben 10 alien

I like this maybe start a evil billionaire science socitey with Vlad with a few others. Each having there own intrests. I think these could work.

Honsestly I think Alpha Generation/ Team teen works better as X-men instead of Avengers or the Justice League beacuse that has a school. There should be some establishing of a school for the young heroes and have them be mentored by older and wiser people and makes crossovers easier. The question is who makes the school
