Yeah this is what people don't seem to get. The difference between Shenanimation's new style and his old style is way bigger than the difference between him and the fill-in artist

But isn't his new art better than all his old art anyway? When I compare old panels to new panels I see nothing but improvements in everything from linework to more interesting expressions

Because Alice and Violet are right there.

It's better in a technical way but the older style was more appealing to me. I wish he could combine them

His recent art is far superior to the old stuff in just about every way, but its more focused on being fun rather than being sexy.

Although the artstyle for this artist and the writer don't gel with me very much I do like the attention given to representing tits in a variety of shapes and sizes.

It's better, but there's such a contrast in styles that it almost gives me whiplash.

I think I can hazard a guess as to where this arc is going to head.

>The "Monster" attacks will probably have the opposite effect; rather than endear the Caiman Rider to the populace, she'll be seen as a menace due to her grandstanding and the massive amounts of collateral damage. But rather than do the sensible thing and quit while she's ahead, Alice just fucking doubles down, and the attacks get worse.
>Violet decides to step in and stops one of Alice's engineered monster attacks, and far more cleanly and effectively than the Caiman Rider, not only endearing her to the public, but also further ruining the Caiman Rider's reputation and Alice's chances of selling her tech to the masses. So she starts picking fights with Violet specifically.
>Violet of course, refuses to sink down to Caiman Rider's level, further elevating her status in the public's eye while continuing to demonize Caiman Rider as a result, making Alice become more desperate and unhinged to prove her project a success.
>It's not until Alice's latest attempt at getting Violet to throw down, wherein an innocent bystander Amber, probably gets caught in the crossfire, and injured as a result, does Violet FUCKING SNAP. What follows is either an extremely comical, or extremely violent beatdown of Caiman Rider, who is heavily outclassed, even with the technological advantage, and Violet FINALLY gets Alice to give up.
>Unfortunately, because Status Quo is God, the fight made everyone scared of Violet again, basically negating all of the goodwill she'd accumulated over the course of the arc, and Alice ultimately learns nothing/actively ignores the lesson she learned, and is seen working on a Mk-II Caiman Rider armor.
