A free roam New York would be cool, especially if you got to explore locations like Xanatos's tower, the Labyrinth, maybe Halcyon's flying lab, etc. Though I don't know how you'd fit in multiple playable characters.
It's the same naming pattern the Manhattan Clan had, but in California instead of New York. I think she was just being cute. The JLA story Weisman wrote for DC also had gargoyles that were named after French locations and attractions.
