I always assumed this was ment to surmise how she become comfortable with being a lawyer and being herself. She didn't start out that way, she started Savage and when she learned to accept that she wasn't the Hulk and that she had both brawn and brains to share she became the She-Hulk we know and love. Marvel 1000 isn't really continuity besides what Ewing is doing, so just place it somewhere in the history that works.

I've never read the She-Hulk series. Hell, I haven't been much of a comic book reader as a child, but reading this one page as an adult. It carries a lot of emotion, and shows just how much even someone like She-Hulk has gone through as a character. People like to revise and remake characters constantly, but letting a character be shaped by the past, and change is a great way to show development. Plus, she is an amazing looking female character. Both in a suit and in her superhero outfit.

Runaways consistently sells under 10,000 but hasn’t been cancelled.

First, why would someone be mad that they call them "The 'Adjective" X" if they refuse to call themselves anything other than "X." Even for the same character, people make the distinctions between different authors and runs; for example, no one that's read all of Deadpool would lump the works of Daniel Way in with what Kelly, Nicieza, and Duggan wrote and not draw a line between "Waypool" and the rest. Like it's ridiculous for people to get mad about referring to Jane Thor as "The Female Thor" instead of just "Thor" when most readers would already make distinctions between Simonson Thor and other incarnations of the same character.

Second, how is the fault of the audience when the authors put so much focus on them being "The 'Adjective' X." You can't have Luke Cage telling Miles that "It's cool and important that Spider-Man is a kid of color now, don't screw it up" and then not expect people to refer to Miles as "The Black Spider-Man." If you're going to put it on a pedestal instead of just writing normal stories, then don't treat it as an injustice when people acknowledge it.

Third, why didn't they just call She-Hulk the "Atomic Bombshell" to begin with. If "She-Hulk" is somewhat misogynistically pushing her into the shadow of her cousin, then they should have gone all in and went with someone fun.

She-Hulk was literally created so Marvel would own the rights in the event of the Hulk TV show introducing a female Hulk to ride off the success of The Bionic Woman.
