No

I still don't know why they havent made a live action batman beyond yet. They could even have Keaton play old bruce.

>let's make a live action version of a cartoon
>suggesting that
>ever

If the remaster is anything like Batman: TAS or the Batman Beyond side-by-side clips they've shown it's gonna be shit.

A few episodes could not be remastered (or so they claim), so they are upscaling from SD tapes.

Now that DC movies are free from the evil that was Snyder and seemed to have abandoned the MCU approach in favor of singular, less-related projects, it could work. A Batman Beyond movie could be neat.

This is different, since it's basically just cyberpunk Batman. Could be fun.

But it's the "remastered" episodes that look the worst because of the cheap, lazy ass job they've done. twitter.com/AnimeAjay/status/1152631516477964288

Is there a torrent or mega yet?

I saw that, and saw the angery reactions. And then I saw the actual footage, and it looks very much fine.

The digital episodes probably won't benefit from any kind of restoration but the earlier cell ones should.

>and it looks very much fine.
Then you have no idea what you're talking about. It's been DNR'd to death, we're talking Disney levels bad.

Don't compare imperfection to pure shit.

I don’t watch or read anything that came out before 2009

Nothing yet. I don't think people know it's out on the DC's streaming service.

Remastered torrent or Mega plz?

Decent bait.

Remake Batman Beyond in movie budget CGI and release it on DC's streaming service. New stories, old villains, 20 episodes.

>remake something that is near perfect
>instead of doing something new

>near perfect
Tell that to Season 3 and the fact that Terry still gets hit by every villain each episode AFTER Return of the Joker.

He never bested Bruce Wayne. Also, he never defeated Inque alone.

Return of the Joker is set after Batman Beyond. IIRC

Idk, I see it differently. Now that DC isn't moving forward - only sideways (spinoffs) or backward (prequels), the chance of building to a Batman Beyond film is unlikely.

Had they stayed on course in the Snyderverse, we would have seen the future universe that Flash (pic) came from and that most certainly would have included a Batman Beyond cameo (just like cartoons and comics) setting up his solo film.

Now DC isn't going to risk anything anymore and just focus on safe pictures: Wonder Woman/Aquaman sequel, Joker/Harley, rebooting Batman = all safe. The dreams of Batman Beyond, Green Lantern, Booster Gold, etc will now remain just that: dreams.

meanwhile marvel is getting everything from she hulk to moon knight.
all their wishes are coming true! it ain't fair bros, it just ain't fair!!

You are missing the point. Terry never can be THE Batman, but he can be A Batman. They are 2 different people. STOP POWER RANKING AND COMPARING TAS WITH BB YOU AUTIST.

Season 1 > Season 2 > RotJ > Season 3. It was made in that order. Justice League Unlimited had the canon finale.

Nobody here is power ranking. It's not a "Spider-man" situation. It's that Terry proves his worth to be THE Batman when he is literally Bruce's son.
At best, he's more like a competent Nightwing than a full fledged Batman and great detective. Just make new episodes without Bruce or Max telling him how to do everything in his ear.

It does not matter if he is his son. Even if he was Bruce's clone, he can never be Bruce. He is not the Batman, just a Batman.

>It does not matter if he is his son
Then I want DC to retcon the "biological son" part of Terry so it wouldn't seem like an asspull that a random teenager could put on a Batman suit and do the job.

Why shouldn't a random teenager be able to be the Batman if he's taught by Bruce? He's a robin who's being trained to be the successor.

Bruce is not a superhuman or unique, especially in DCAU at the time. Please stop treating him as some special one of a kind man. He never was.

>Terry was never the Batman
>He's a glorified Robin/Nightwing
Congrats, you ruined his entire character and the point of why Bruce decided that he's The Batman. That title is something no "Robin" could ever achieve.

World's Greatest Detective. Somebody gotta take the title when he kicks the bucket, right? Terry isn't half the detective Bruce is, which is half of Batman's whole character.

Peter Parker puts on the Batsuit. Now he can be Batman because it's just the suit, not the character. That's not how it works.

No. Not anyone can cook, but a cook can come from anywhere. Not everyone can be a good Batman, but certainly more than just 1 dude.

I'm gonna put an end to all this stupid arguing...

Terry McGuiness > Bruce Wayne

Kevin Conroy would be even better, seeing as how he's played Old Bruce and is almost old enough to do it without too much makeup.

He's playing Old Bruce on Crisis on Infinite Earths.

*steals your grain*

Just a reminder.

>That title is something no "Robin" could ever achieve.

Dickbats

Ink and Powell were the best villains to come out of Batman Beyond.
Talia/Raz without a doubt survived in the canon, there's just no way that the Immortal Moriarty to the Great Detective dies in that way.

No love for 10 of the Royal Flush Gang?

The cheap bastards still have the ratios fixed so you can't widescreen it right

They missed the opportunity to make a live action Batman Beyond with Adam West as Batman.

Oh what could have been...

Why would you want to widescreen it?

The Mr. Freeze episode was almost perfection. A supervillain who wants to become good... but the world won't let him.

I'll watch it for the first time

The splicer episode was my favorite because I see that shit happening

I wouldn't say that's really the case. Aquaman making a billion probably has the suits scratching their heads. They also released Shazam, are doing an almost arthouse Joker movie, Birds of Prey is out before long, Black Adam is on the hoizon and Flash I believe is starting shooting soon. They are still willing to take some risks because other than JL the movies have been generally profitable. Even MoS was profitable, since it was paid for fully by product placement, and likely every dollar back was profit.

Then their are their TV shows. CW stuff might be woke shit a lot of the time, but they still have
three-four shows going at any one time that bring in decent viewership. The Titans show has been great. Doom Patrol was well recieved. The early episodes of Swamp Thing are amazing and serve as basically and origin movie themselves. And their animated wing is still churning out both winners and losers.

Don't be so pessimistic.

You don't like both? I'm sorry for you user.

Attached: 1528601374709.jpg (1024x768, 212K)

Do you actually read comics or are you animationu onry? No shame if so, I can understand it, but the fact is you are wrong. Almost every Robin has been Batman is one or two alternate futures. Dick/Nightwing has actually been THE Batman three or four times when Bruce has been 'dead' or incapacitated. Some of his best stories are as DickBats. His interactions with Damien as his Robin, and smoothing off those rough edges, was great, and they were a lot like classic Batman and Robin in tone and presentation. It was great.

It looks like from the new Titans trailer we might even get Dick as Batman for an episode at the end of the season, unless he ends up just using people saying he should to become Nightwing.

I do like Terry, but the claim that him being the Batman of Beyond is unearned isn't totally wrong. Bruce trains him up properly, sure, but he relies on the suit to a degree that he really is barely Batman at times. Usually just an Iron Man lite who has the real Batman in his ear. Or a Robin with a power suit and Batman in his ear.

It's too damn bright. Really isn't doing the atmosphere any favors.

Why would you want something that wouldn't be able to the justice anywhere near the level of the cartoon?
Live action idiots are fucking stupid.

Not pessimistic, just realistic. Titans was not well received outside of Yea Forums, Doom Patrol leaned way too far into the LGBT agenda, and Swamp Thing was cancelled after the first episode.

Birds of Prey is gonna suck and as far as Flash and Black Adam go, I'll believe it when I see it. Those have both been in development for years on end. Marvel has dozens of new properties coming out and DC can't see past Wonder Woman 2 yet.

Those are just facts.

>Titans was not well received outside of Yea Forums
Not true
>Doom Patrol leaned way too far into the LGBT agenda
No one but /pol/fags care

>No one but /pol/fags care

Is that how you dismiss everyone's opinion that doesn't match your own? Listen man, I see the outrage every time DC has overtly homosexual scenes, everything from Young Justice to Legends of Tomorrow.

Just because someone doesn't care for forced LGBT characters, doesn't make them /pol/. I can't believe you're so narrow minded. You should be ashamed of yourself for your reverse prejudice.

Attached: aquaman-aqualadx750.jpg (750x422, 57K)

Yea Forums is not the general population. If you think it is then you need to step outside more (assuming you don't live in a shit hole)

>reverse prejudice
You probably think reverse racism is real too, huh?

Attached: uSVrFER.jpg (258x300, 12K)

Thanks for the advice, friend. While you're on the topic, what are these outside places you go to and discuss DC making Aqualad gay, Doom Patrol pro-tranny, etc.... and everyone giving eachother high fives for how amazing being homosexual is?

Seriously, what outside places do YOU go to discuss this (assuming you don't live in a shit hole), since you brought it up?

Post Maxine big brown milkers

Stupidity

The weird part is that Cuvier and Patrick both survive in the comics. Cuvier is even back in his chimera snake form with no explanation and also wants to become a human again, which feels at odds with his original motivation.

Bro, I'm still curious, when "you step outside more" what are these outside places you go to discuss homosexuality in DC?

Come on, we're all curious, since you get out so much and says the world loves LGBT shows. Where do you go outside?

Inque. And I'm not sure who you're referring to as Powell.

Also, that's the perfect death for Ra's: dying in a vain attempt to continue keeping himself immortal.
