Side now: Tetramands (the four armed aliens from Ben 10) are indirectly part of Duck Dodgers. In one Green Lantern comic, a green lantern Tetramand is shown in the background. The Green Lantern corps exist in Duck Dodgers therefore Tetramands should, too, right?

Assuming she's a royalty, a woman and a lady of etiquette, I can say she probably smells like a bouquet of strong smelling flowers that are strong enough to make her presence noticeable.
For the skin? I assume pretty much like human's if not smoother. My theory is that Looney Tunes Martians were once humans on a Mars colony that lost contact with Earth and people had to eventually adapt. Generations without touch of human history, they rebuilt their civilization based on bits of ancient history. Mars is technologically advanced but culturally very backwards.

That's an interesting idea, but I kind of like the idea that the martians evolved independently. Perhaps they were generally isolationist with the occasional visit to ancient Earth, thus inspiring early human cultures, and for a while remained rather indifferent to Earth. Sure, Marvin wanted to blow it up in some of his shorts, but in others he was content to just study it. Maybe they were just really dedicated astronomers.
When humanity finally started to expand into the solar system beyond the occasional probe and manned mission to the moon, tensions started to rise between the worlds until it turned into the full on war of the worlds seen in Duck Dodgers.
But that's all just a silly fan theory.

I think both Martians and humans were created with very similar DNA but Martians evolved to have a some sort of a natural filter so they can breathe without worrying of dust filling their lungs from all those sandstorms.
In one of the episodes, it is shown that Queen Tyr'ahnee does have a toothbrush, ergo the membrane-like filter can be retracted and will eventually be considered a barren organ like the human appendix. They do have teeth but are hidden underneath. Which leads me to the thought that human-Martian hybrid is possible and it'll probably look like Raven from Teen Titans.

I think they have since the core of the human and Martian DNA is the same, in my opinion. They also seem to consume food the same way humans do. Plus, constant sandstorms on the surface of Mars will require a biological mechanisms to counter it and darker skin to absorb every little bit of light and heat from the sun.

I think of a few options but the least disturbing one is that they tear it off in a way so it can regrow or it finds it ways back inside the body then quickly builds itself again much like the Venom symbiote in Spider-Man.

So the best guess is the symbiote-like membrane-like filter that reshapes based on the Martian's needs. If it needs to eat, it probably turns into something like lips or in case of war where feeding should be quick it exposes the mouth turning it into some sort of soup so the soldiers can eat up faster while their membrane helps them just consume all of it as fast as possible.
I think it makes a lot of sense and Warner Bros. could pitch the idea. It's also almost scientifically correct as far as cartoon science goes.

At one in the morning, my brain is kind of mushy. I'm trying to say the membrane helps turn solid food into soup in time of need. A soldier puts a tomatoe in his mouth, the membrane turns it into soup in a matter of less than a few seconds and the soldier swallows it absorbing all of the nutritions. A feature that is best used in time of war man-to-man when Martians didn't have centurion robots to do the fighting for them.
